Private 25 Acre Estate w/ Lake: Fish & Canoe!

This stunning mansion on a a large piece of property in Houston was magical! We were close enough to the things we needed, but hidden away to feel like a vacation. The home had everything we needed, including plenty of blankets (it was a cold week), multiple gathering spaces, 2 refrigerators, a commercial coffer pot, a firepit stocked with wood and marshmallow holders and many more! The owners were responsive, willingly gave us a tour and showed true Texas hospitality. We saw 5 deer on the field next to the home that is big enough to hold a wedding. Our gathering was a retreat with people traveling from all over the country, and the home was as easy Uber ride from IAH. We loved it so much that we plan to book again in the future.

We enjoyed the large spaces to gather as a family. The house was clean and well stocked. The property and area parks were a great way to enjoy nature.

Everything was fantastic! The restrooms were top-notch, and the host was incredibly amazing and responsive. The area was beautiful!

The entire house was just as described. Absolutely beautiful with plenty of room. Our family reunion was fantastic. Everyone is still talking about the location and the amenities. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Houston. The host was so easy to work with and very accessible. Great kitchen and a wonderful pool. Fishing in the pond was definitely a family favorite. This is perfect location and would recommend it highly.

The house is a dream. Enough space for over 20 people. Enough bathrooms. The drive up is gorgeous. The property is well manicured and just divine.

Our party consisted of your children all the way to senior citizens and this was the perfect property for us. We were a group travelling in town for a wedding and had family from Houston that we were able to comfortably host at the home. Due to our busy schedule we did not get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked during the day, so it was nice that it was so private and our family could enjoy the lake, canoeing and swimming late in to the night. We were hoping to check in a little early (which the host was accommodating with) but due to storms many in our party had delays. Upon our arrival the host had helped put up our groceries and had us set up for a successful weekend of fun. Truly appreciated them and the property, if we ever need a space for a large group in town again would definitely consider this home.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and our family had nothing but positive reviews Our family consisted of ages from 2 to 80 years old. The host was very professional. We will return again.

The house is truly wonderful for a large group. The owners have clearly thought of every detail that would be needed for large groups - tons of kitchen items, well stocked bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, pool towels, plenty of seating - you name it! We really love the space of the house. The one note is that the area is not as private as we had expected. There are some other buildings that are essentially on property with people coming and going. It’s not really an issue for using the pool, but we had hoped to spend more time on the blacktop basketball court and found that we had limited privacy there. Also note there is a train that goes right behind the house that is loud. Obviously not the owners fault and nothing they can do, but if anyone is sensitive to noise, it can be quite jarring.The house was truly perfect for our group and very comfortable.

I can't even explain how awesome this property is! We absolutely feel in love with the owners the first day we were there. We rented the place for our son's wedding weekend and the detail and thought David and Lauren have put into this place was amazing! We felt like friends after they walked us through and showed us the place! 10/10

What else can be said other then amazing.. Thos home the pool the prvate lake with 1,000s of bass. Everthtig is top notch and amazing!!

Overall, our stay was amazing! The place was spacious enough for my entire family, making it very comfortable. The only downside was that one of the owners—or their son—showed up every day during our stay. While they did communicate that they would be stopping by, they never asked if it was a convenient time, only informed me when they would be coming. This limited our privacy more than I would have preferred. That being said, these are all fixable concerns, and they were very understanding people. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented the place for my daughter’s wedding and family and it was perfect!!!

From the first day I called David to speak to him about the property, he was warm and so receptive. On the day of our check-in one of us got there a little too early and David and his team was so kind to not only let him into the compound but also called me as this was an international guest. When we had some hiccups with the wifi, again David was on tip on the matter and it was resolved in record time. The property is clean, classy and everything was well thought out. The ambiance and scenery of this property is second to none. The rooms are so beautiful and the bathroom...wow..spacious and good water pressure. We had a great time and I would recommend this property over and over again!Thank you David and his amazing team - family

Highly recommend this beautiful property! We had our yearly family vacation here and there was plenty of space for our 22 guest. It was very spacious and comfortable for our big family. The house was very clean and fully stocked. Also, the owners were very attentive and very easy to get a hold off with any questions. An amazing overall experience. So looking forward to coming back.
