Private 2400 sq ft house. Hot Tub, Pool, Bar

House was beautiful. Carpets on the ground did slide around a lot, so we were nervous of falling or accidentally moving around furniture. We stayed here for our wedding weekend. First miscommunication was when we requested the venue. Listing states that you can have parties there with a maximum of 30 people if communicated with the owner. We let them know that our bridal party was staying at the Vrbo with us and that we planned to have our rehearsal dinner there the night before our wedding. Maybe it was my fault that I wasn’t specific about who that included, but considering the listing stated up to 30 we felt that our groomsmen, bridesmaids, parents, grandparents, siblings, and officiant (24 people) would be okay. Host assumed it was just bridesmaids. I reached out a couple weeks prior to confirm our plans. Host didn’t respond until less than a week before our stay saying that it states in their listing no parties and also that there was a limit of 6 cars (did not see that anywhere on listing or messages). Host didn’t confirm that we couldn’t have anyone except the 11 people staying until days prior, leaving us with limited options for our rehearsal dinner. We ended up having to have our rehearsal dinner elsewhere and had to spent another $1K instead of just having dinner at the house. Second was when we were checking out. We had messages and email confirmation stating our check out was at 11AM. Host sent a message at 9:48AM that we had to be out by 10AM for the cleaner.

OMG, we would definitely rent again for even more than just 4 days. Thank you!

Stood here for a fishing trip and it was perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. Will be our spot every year from now on.

Beautiful home in quiet safe neighborhood. Has everything you would need and more. We needed a place to stay close by for my son’s wedding. It was great having a pool table for the guys. The pool and hot tub were a bonus! plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the morning. All the bedrooms have the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. I hope to get a chance sometime in the future to rent the house again and have more time to stay and really enjoy it.

We stayed at this location last summer and enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked again for this summer. Once again, we enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect for two very hot and humid summer days, we toasted s'mores on our last night, the guys enjoyed playing pool downstairs. Thank you for hosting us a second time. We look forward to staying.again.

My son ad his teens loved everything. The pool, hot tub,and pool table . Place was clean and wonderful. Dog loved it too. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Property was wonderful for us. Host sent someone to help when water heater went out. Fixed within hours. Will book again if we come back.

I didn't feel the property was very clean. We found that there were mice in several of the bedrooms. The hot tub was not clean so there really wasn't much to like in the middle of September. The pool was open but cold due to the time of year. Personally we wouldn't stay at this property again.

It was a big house with a ton of room. 4 full size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Huge TV’s in every room! Downstairs area has walkout to back yard and jacuzzi, pool table and spacious bar area. Backyard with pool area and string lighting. Nice yard area for stretching out. Fire pit for wood or a propane fire pit on the back patio area. Great place to have people visit. Will book again every year!

The outside patio, pool, hot tub is 5 stars. Loved eating outside. The basement pool table and large screen TV was great. Kitchen had big and well stocked. Only issues were the bedrooms. All beds were comfortable. Missing chests and nightstands small. One bedroom was all black. Lastly, one of the bathrooms was broken and we were not told ahead of our visit. It was these reasons I had to give it only 4 stars.
