Private 1BR Beach Apartment - First Floor

The place was perfect for us! We felt right at home with all the little touches. There was a guide book they made, that let us know about the owners as well as their favorite places to eat and visit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It felt like our home away from home. We really liked the water filter too. The place was beautifulky decorated. It is also close to the putt putt place where you can have drinks and dinner as wellWhen we first arrived, we received the incorrect code, but they reaponded very quickly with the correct code. The floors and cabinets were a little dirty but we cleaned it since the cleaning supplies were available. The pool was perfect. And we enjoyed playing jenga on the patio. The secure entrance was really nice. There were people checking on the property while we stayed there. They maintained the pool, grounds, and outdoor cameras.

Great stay, beautiful location right on the beach. The pool was perfect for our little one - just the right size. The apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. The location provides easy access to a number of areas, groceries, restaurants, beaches, etc. We would stay again!

We had the Best time at Sunny Bungalows. The place is well kept, the pool is refreshing, and the view from the porch while drinking my coffee every morning is priceless. We will definitely be staying here on our Next Belize Vacation.

We really enjoyed our time in Belize! The bungalow's location was great for us as we wanted to avoid the busyness of Placencia and be more centrally located between Placencia and Maya Beach. Sirenian Bay Resort was within walking distance. They have a great little restaurant called Inkys. We also took advantage of the spa at Naia Resort just up the road - they also have a great restaurant (especially for breakfast). It's about a 10-minute golf cart ride in the other direction to Placencia. The Bungalow was small and cute... perfect for a couple. The pool was a great feature, and we used it often. Communication with the property management company was great. The list of resources for rentals, tours, etc. that they provided was also a huge help. Enjoy your stay!

We had a great stay at the Sunny Bungalow! The pool and beach are lovely. The unit was clean and well appointed for a comfortable visit. The property is well maintained and the location is central to the peninsula. Close to Placencia without being in the thick of things. We found it to be quiet and relaxing. Access to a washer/dryer was a bonus. We felt very safe and secure staying here. The contact person was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at The Sunny Bungalow was the perfect Spring Break getaway for our family of 3! The property was exactly as advertised and well kept/maintained. We stayed in the downstairs unit and it was clean, comfortable and offered plenty of amenities to feel at home. We spent lots of time in the pool and deck relaxing. The gated entrance offered an extra sense of security and peace of mind. We would definitely stay again.
