Stayed Sep 3, 2025We were so impressed with this home. Super clean, comfortable and with every compliment needed whether it was the bedroom, baths, kitchen, deck, etc. There was literally every single thing I needed to feel at home.The location was also unbeatable; we could grab the water taxi over to downtown Seattle to have a waterfront breakfast or dinner, but come home to an absolutely quiet nighttime away from the noise and hustle of the city. Slept better there than I have in a long time.I hope Prichard's Perch is available next time we're back in the northwest so we can return.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Hello, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home! It offered the perfect quintessential Seattle visit. Spectacular views and gorgeous weather for a family gathering. The home is clean and well supplied. Its tranquil and very relaxing while being centrally located in S. Seattle area Alki is always a nice spot for restaurants, a stroll along the water and easy access to down town, pike street market or a ferry ride . have some excellent photos if you want to reach out , I'm happy to share them with you
