The Space:
This beautifully renovated home features bright white cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, and new granite counters with a trendy backsplash. The luxury vinyl plank flooring creates a durable and stylish flow throughout the home. The great room has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the meticulously manicured backyard, which is fully enclosed and includes an abundance of greenery, a newly renovated pebble tec pool, and a gas grill and patio - the perfect spot for outdoor fun and entertaining.

The home has three bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and share one bathroom. Located just minutes from the Loop 101, the I-10, and the 202 freeways, this home is conveniently located and easily accessible from the rest of the valley. It is also near a variety of shopping centers such as Chandler Fashion Center and The Shoppes at Casa Paloma. The home is pet-friendly and its modern renovations and peaceful, mature neighborhood setting make it the ideal place to call home.

By making a reservation, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and hereby agree to adhere to our house rules in their entirety.

1. Check-in begins at 3 pm or later. Check-out must be completed before 11 a.m. Depending on calendar availability, you may request an early check-in or a late checkout. It is not possible to confirm availability until 24 hours before your arrival or departure.

2. On your reservation, you must indicate the number of guests you will be accommodating. Your host must approve any additional guests or visitors.

3. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. We ask that you respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Your removal from the property may be the result of your violation after our initial warning. We are located in a residential community, which is a vacation destination but also home to many residents. Therefore, we ask that you respect their privacy and their peaceful environment.

4. Only outside smoking is permitted. Indoor smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. There will be an additional fee of $100 for fumigating the home if smoke odors are detected after check-out.

5. Pets are permitted with the host's approval. Pets should be kenneled when unattended. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds. To avoid disturbing neighbors, dogs should not be left barking unattended in the backyard for long periods of time. All dog poop must be picked up prior to checking out or a $25 charge may apply.

6. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises. The guests recognize that they may purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in these circumstances.

7. In the event that accidents occur, please let us know before departing if the property has been damaged.

8. The Host is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest during their stay or left in the property following the end of the reservation or its cancellation. While we strive to ensure the security and safety of all guests and their possessions, guests are solely responsible for their own belongings and are advised to secure their valuables. Should any items be forgotten upon departure, the Guest must notify the Host promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to locate and return such items at the Guest's expense. However, the Host assumes no liability if such items cannot be recovered.

    The house is a mix of nice professional upgrades and low-budget DIY. Whoever is doing the cleaning is cutting corners. Some things were clean, others not so much. The washing machine is too big for the hallway laundry room, so they removed one of the doors to fit it in. The washer is extremely loud too. There isn't a quiet place in the house when it's running. The back yard is very nice. By far the best part of the property. I think every door in the house sqeaks loudly. Anytime someone uses the bathroom at night it would wake all of us up. The neighborhood is older, but well-maintained and quiet. Most of the furniture is Goodwill/offer-up-type quality. The beds are very comfortable though.The house could be much better with a little bit of TLC and quality upgrades/repairs. Overall I was expecting better based on the description. There were many houses available for less money, but we wanted something nicer. We were definitely disappointed.

    We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. Home is modern, light, well maintained and clean inside and out. It had all the amenities we needed and outdoor area was great. Pool wasn’t heated but was still nice. Neighborhood was quiet. Booking and entry was easy as was communicating with host. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
