Pristine Rancho Vistoso Estate with a Private Pool

Vince was very thoughtful and communicated. The place is exactly as advertised, perfection! Bed was comfy, well stocked kitchen, lots to do at house and the heated pool heavenly. I felt like I was somewhere on a tropical island with the flowering landscaping. Cannot wait to come back and stay longer.

The host, Vince was amazing and the house was perfect for my family reunion. The 7 kids and 6 adults fit perfectly, we played in the pool and enjoyed the chef’s kitchen. All the amenities and more. Looking fwrd to staying again for the next reunion.

The host was very welcoming, the amenities were more than we expected. The grandkids enjoyed themselves immensely! Everything was even more than we could have hoped for and a joy for all concerned!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this house. We’ve done a fair amount of VRBOs and this is one of our very best experiences. The owner is super communicative, very nice, and flexible (he let us check out late on the last day with very last minute notice). The house is very well equipped. It was one of our kids’ birthdays while we were there and I meant to bring pre-prepped ingredients so I could just get a baking tin at the store and pop it in the oven. I completely forgot. I was delighted that the kitchen had all of the hardware I needed, including a pie dish and even a microplaner for grating lemon peel!! We’ve stayed in other houses where the amenities were lacking. Not the case here! Everything is fully equipped — from the kitchen to the bathroom (the owner goes above and beyond with basic necessities like a hotel in case you forgot something!) to the fun stuff like the indoor game area and outside pool toys. The beds are very comfortable (and we are picky!). My husband and I, our six kids (preschoolers, teens, and young adults), and my in-laws all stayed here together. It was very comfortable and fun. We would absolutely go back and highly recommend this to anyone! Our recommendation is not easily earned. :)

Great place to stay. Communication with the owner was easy leading up to our stay. Location was good to get to each of the golf courses we played and there was a walking/running path that starts in the neighborhood that we used several times. We ended up with only 5 people and easily could've accommodated several more. Pool was refreshing and had several TVs to watch any of the sporting events we wanted. If I were to go back to Tucson, I'd look to stay here again.

Absolutely would stay here again. Exceeded expectations. Best stocked and well appointed home we have ever stayed in. 3 generations were comfortable and had plenty of room for family time and to have a little private space when needed. Pool, basketball hoop, pool table, darts and tv/streaming options were all bonuses.

This property is amazing. Fully equipped kitchen, loads of towels, beautiful pool, basketball net, dart board, ping pong and pool table, great barbecue. We stayed with our grandchildren and there were so many extras to keep them busy, we didn't turn on any of the multiple televisions once! Also, an excellent location. When you walk out the front door, you have a beautiful mountain view. Only glitches were that the front door code didn't work but we were able to reach him very quickly and he sorted it out, and one of the stove burners didn't work - which was fine - just wish I knew before I kept trying to get it to work. One recommendation - a stepstool or two for us height challenged people. This is a great find. I highly recommend it.

This was our first time in Oro Valley. This home is beautiful, spacious set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Daily walks around and to the neighborhood park we met lots of great people. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing stay - daily swims, lounging by the pool, bike rides and hikes. We were visiting from MN to get away from the cold and spend lots of time outdoors and it didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is amazingly well stocked, which is very rare to find in a VRBO. All the rooms are larger than they appear in the photographs which again is not something you run into very often. We had great communication from the host and could not have asked for a better neighborhood. The location right across the street from a nature trail gave us a beautiful spot to watch sunrises and sunsets. We would happily stay there again.

What a beautiful place! Vince was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool and all the other amenities were great! He has absolutely everything you could think of needing during your stay.

We had a great family get together over the holidays. The place is very well stocked, clean, comfortable beds. There is a pool table, ping pong, basketball court, swimming pool… plenty to keep the kids entertained without resorting to their screens. It is in a great location. Quiet. Close to a very nice park where we witnessed a horde of havelinas!

Myself and my three children, their spouses, and my grandchild stayed there. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We barely went out because the house has so much to do. We did a lot of cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls and every tool you need to cook. It had a portable crib and high chair for my grandson. This place is perfect for a family party or reunion. Vincent is a wonderful host.

We had 12 high school girls wrestlers in town from Washington to compete in a tournament. The place was perfect, with plenty of amenities to keep them busy. Ping pong, basketball, pool, darts , and of course the swimming pool. Great trip

My friends and I stay here every year. We love this place because it is always clean, in a great location, and has everything you need. Check in is painless, and even though we have never met, I see Vince as more a friend than a property manager. I highly recommend this property.

This house was amazing. Was very clean and had everything we needed to cook for our family. It really felt homey and comfortable. The location is beautiful and only 30 min front U of A .

Vince is an amazing host! He had the house stocked with more things than you would normally find at a rental property. Abundance of fresh white towels, super soft and comfy beds, basic cooking supplies, and even extra ping-pong balls for the ping-pong table! You need to stay here and bring all your friends!
