Pristine Home on a Private Beach overlooking Nantucket Sound!

House was very clean.Fabulous view of the water and sunset.Beds were comfortable.Would recommend.

The location really drew us in. There is something to be said about being able to walk out your back door and be on the beach. Vacation game changer. The property itself was awesome. It fit all our cooking needs. It was really clean and comfortable. It was an awesome place to relax.

This is a wonderful, private, and pristine place, just a few steps from the ocean. The pictures don’t really capture how gorgeous this home is and the views are. The beach is nice for families who don’t want intense/high waves; we enjoyed the surf without feeling thrown around. There is a lovely natural dune in front, we had a great time watching the birds and bunnies at dusk. The home had very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, with high quality linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and an absolutely fantastic and spacious front deck. Beautiful sliders and big windows everywhere were enjoyed by all—from sunrise to sunset. Every room was exceptionally clean and the furniture was clean and comfortable. Just an outstanding place to stay with plenty to do and excellent restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness extended by Ann and Terri who made sure we had everything we needed and provided clear information and instructions. We really hope to return again!

This was a gorgeous spot to stay! The home overlooks the ocean with a panoramic view and the beach is easily accessible. We were lucky to have fabulous weather so it was an incredible week with our family.

Great house, right on private beach. Spacious common rooms. Bedrooms very nice with comfortable beds and linens. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cabana as well! We mostly spent time on the porch with direct ocean and dune views. The owner and her family were very friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful experience here and would love be to go back again. Thank you to Ann and her family!

We had a great stay at this wonderful beach property. As another reviewer mentioned, the photos understate it. The home was just steps from the beach, the bedrooms were all good size, the living area was large, and the house had everything we needed. Ann and Terri were very helpful and it was great to meet Ann while we were there. We'd stay again!

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach property. Wonderful view, large deck, well equipped kitchen. Lovely owners who were always available if needed. Bedrooms were uneven with 1 hide-a-bed, 1 cramped room, 1 large room and 1 fabulous room. Good for families but tricky for a group of adults.

Usually the photos for homes/rentals are overstated. The opposite is true here. We have been to many beaches, this is by far the best beach front property we have been to. The view from the deck is magnificent. The private beach is a mere 75 yards from the house. Stunning. Cant’t say enough about the owner and her attentiveness. The location at Craigsville Beach is perfect.

Amazing home! On entering, each room was as nice as can be and beautiful views all over. Owner very pleasant. Very short walk to our private beach! Will definitely stay there again!
