Pristine Downtown Clayton Village Home Just Steps Away From Everything!

Absolutely perfect for our family! Loved everything about it. We stayed for 4 nights and the home has everything you need and more! We loved the space and location. These hosts have thought of everything and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely request this location again.

The place had everything we needed! There were nice special touches as well, like snacks and bottled water in the fridge. Location was perfect, and the house was beautiful.

The house is so very well restored in a way that blends old and new! A perfectly quiet street super close to the river and its shops and restaurants. Very well appointed with anything you could need while there. Super clean and the owners were very quick to respond to messages. Hope to come back again soon!!

Rented both sides of this wonderful home. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was easy and seamless. Communication through messaging was excellent. One listing did say there was a hot tub so that needs to be corrected since there is not, but other than that had a great stay! Thank you for tour kindness and prompt responses. Will look to you again for sure if we stay in Clayton. Thanks!

This house is within walking distance to everything. House was clean and exactly as described (note Vrbo has a hot tub listed but the property does not have one). It’s well stocked and perfect for a family.

The hosts are wonderful... very accomodating. House was so centrally located that we could walk to everything! The shower is amazing!!!!

I’ve stayed in many rentals that look amazing in the photos and you get there to be a little disappointed with things not being as glamorous/clean. But this rental property was absolutely perfect, so so clean, so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There is nothing that the hosts have not thought of. Honestly now that we’re back home, I find myself missing this house a little bit!! Haha

I have reserved numerous properties via VRBO, and this is, hands down, my favorite! Location: perfect. Walking distance from the river, shopping, and restaurants. Property itself: beautiful! Better than the pictures. The inside was immaculate, and the porch was a wonderful, comfortable spot to relax. Check in was easy and the owner was very helpful. I would recommend this property 100%!!

A very comfortable place to stay, close to the main strip in Clayton! We walked into town three of the four days of our stay. One day we drove up to Alexandria Bay, only 20 minutes away. Very clean, comfortable beds. Window unit ACs for each bedroom's comfort. Our only nits are things no one can control. Watch your head going up and down the stairs if you're above 5' 8 lol Lots of bugs Memorial day weekend, so be prepared for that. (Suzanne conveniently had bug spray on the porch!) This house would be perfect with an additional powder room on the first floor. Overall, highly recommend this as a place to stay!
