Stayed Jan 20, 2026We stayed two weeks in January. Great location, great pool and great views. After we got past an early hitch, our stay was pleasurable. The house was not prepped well - the pool was supposed to be heated; it wasn’t. The tv in the kitchen didn’t work. The fire pit didn’t work and there was no soap or body wash in the guest bathrooms. Fortunately, the concierge, Kimmy, was responsive and sent someone out to fix everything. She was terrific. We never heard from the host. Otherwise, the house was well supplied and very livable.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025We stayed at Ke Aloha Villa from December 26 – January 3 with a group of six, and I can confidently say this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced.From the moment we arrived, the home felt more like a private luxury resort than a rental and incredibly comfortable. The open living spaces flow perfectly into the outdoor areas, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.The pool and spa area were great — Having AC throughout the home made it extremely comfortable at all hours, especially after long beach days.The kitchen was large and great for cooking group meals, the bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully arranged, and the entire property felt spotless and well cared for. There was more than enough space for all six of us to spread out while still feeling connected.Location-wise, it’s excellent — peaceful, private, and still close to everything you’d want to explore in Kauai You truly get the best of both worlds: serenity and convenience.Most importantly, the home simply feels good to be in. It has that rare combination of luxury, warmth, and tranquility. Will be back.

Stayed Jun 24, 2025The house is beautiful… we had a really great time in Kauai , the pool was incredible, the weather was nice, princeville market is just up the street, the golf course is quiet, the beds comfortable, the kitchen is expansive, we even saw a nesting Albatross. Overall a great 10 days in this awesome location. Oh and the view perfect. We would stay here again! But… I have to mention Kauai has a rooster & chicken problem. And roosters as you know are noisy at all the wrong times. This area of the golf course in particular has quite a few roosters and the tree outside our bedroom window had a possessed rooster living in it… from night 1 it started going off at 1:30am, 2:30am, 3:30am, 4:30 am and 5:30am. After the first two nights, talking to the property manager and the neighbor I was informed I could if I wanted to try and scare the rooster off… which I did with the use of rocks and a water pistol! I got rid of him for another 6 nights like this. Every time he came around I’d Chase him away! Sadly he came back on the last night and was worse than ever!! Waking up at 1:30am each day wasn’t exactly how I wanted to spend 10 days on vacation…The house is great but be warned you may have a rooster problem keeping the family up.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024I believe this is the best home rental on the island of Kauai. Princeville is such a great area being on the North Shore, down the street from Hanalei Bay, on the golf course and 2 minute drive from the grocery store and many other shops, restaurants and amenities. The home was incredible. Clean, expensively furnished, all linens were clean and great quality. High end appliances and great kitchen space for cooking. This house has everything you would ever need. Pool/spa with heater, great views and outdoor cooking area. Can't wait to come back in the spring!
