Prime West Sedona location near trails, dining, and shopping

This property was absolutely wonderful. This is a great location in West Sedona, close to everything and just a short drive to downtown Sedona. We enjoyed staying in this quiet, lovely neighborhood close to hiking and food. The house is beautiful and has a big kitchen that was fully stocked. The bathrooms were great and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and the best towels! A beautiful warm fireplace to end your day. TVs in all the rooms and a nice office space to work remotely if needed. Beautiful deck and additional balcony off master bath with a beautiful view. This property has a big fenced yard and a very clean attached garage to park in with additional parking in the driveway. The only issue we had was our coffee maker broke the second day, but they had a new one delivered the same day, great service! I would recommend this property 10/10 and we would definitely stay here again if available.

Great location, comfy amenities and overall great experience for our extended weekend! Love the layout and all the thoughtfulness in things like the hiking sticks, full size bath sheets in the bathroom and the parking pass for the hiking trails! Plenty of space for the family or a group of friends to enjoy all Sedona has to offer!

Great location! A beautiful home. Place was comfortable and homey. The masterbedroom bed was firm which was great for my back. If I return to Sedona, I will try to get this house.

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable home. The house had plenty of space for the 6 of us in a great location. It was nice having a little grill to cook on outside. Great place to stay and would stay there again!

I stayed at this property with my two nieces, my sister and my mom for a girls trip. This property was absolutely perfect. The online pictures are accurate. The location is perfect. I could not have asked for an easier check-in. The host answered questions in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this property to anybody who’s vacationing in Sedona.

First of all, Sedona is a dream! This rather large property was well located, close to Rt89, and stores of interest were all near by. The home was spotless, and roomy, and easily could accommodate 6 people. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for our family of 4 to relax after a long day of hiking. The location is ideal. Kitchen fully stocked. Awesome property!

The house was perfect for our family with 4 adults and 2 small children. Very clean, roomy and well stocked. We loved the views of the red rocks from the living room and dining room. Management company was extremely responsive when the dishwasher stopped working—they came out and replaced it the same day.

Only stayed a couple of nights but everything in the house is very accommodating. Love the mountain view and us Floridians loved the snow we had one day.

The property was perfect. Exceeded expectations. Loved being in West Sedona out of the craziness of downtown. But yet easy access to everything. Comfortable beds, furniture beautiful space. And my daughter loved having the guitar there.

We stayed here for the weekend and had a blast. It’s clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery store and hiking.

Amazing home in middle of new town, close to almost everything you need. House is very well equipped with stuff, kids had blast and family enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at the house from November 24th to the 28th. We found it to be very clean and well kept. It was nicely furnished and as advertised online. In fact, the pictures don’t really do the place justice. The house is located in West Sedona about 2-3 miles from the main intersection of town. We found that it allowed us peace and quiet when we were there while still being close enough to anything we wanted to see. Sedona.org was very responsive to our emailed questions and worked very hard to ensure our needs were met. We enjoyed our visit to Sedona and we would stay at this house again in the future.

The property was exactly as advertised. Great neighborhood; Close to grocery store, restaurants, downtown Sedona and hikes. Check out process was easy and not time consuming. My only opinion is $100/hr for early check in or late check out is a bit steep. Would still highly recommend this property.
