Prime location overlooking canal!

Bring toilet paper and toiletries. Property manager was apologetic about the offensive smell in the refrigerator/freezer. Our food picked up the smell. Pool had debris but I skimmed. Home was clean and nicely decorated.

Very very clean .. And decent house. No needs better .. the only thing I want to point out is that even though I didn't ask for the hot pool service. on the 2nd day I had to request it. the managers of the house went immediately and activated all the service to heat the pool and supposedly it had to be hot in a few hours. 3 days later it was still cold as before. I never worked the heating in the water. anyway they offered me the service in case it had worked for free. at no additional cost. but I wanted to highlight the good service and the attention of the managers. very good and easy communication .. only negative aspect that the pool never got hot.

The property was not very clean upon arrival. Dirty water in sink, floor not swept (or at least not well). dishwasher made noise - as did the microwave. Layout of the house was great! If the weather would have cooperated, the pool would have been nice, except it was not cleaned until the day before we left. Pillows were soiled from sweat. Wifi was not strong. With a few updates and improvements, this could really be a nice property.

Wonderful location with great sunset views. Our grandkids visited and loved the pool. Some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, etc.) but we'll be back again!

I was disappointed when we arrived and realized there was no hot tub as advertised. The finer said it was a mistake on the website. The pool was heated for first night and then became colder as the days went by . Communication stopped after i questioned about the pool being too low . The neighborhood is fine . Quite. Not near beaches . All in all I would not rent again .

We loved visiting the dock at the end of the canal in the morning and the evening. In the morning there was the peace and quiet and the variety of exotic birds that visited the water. In the evening there was no need to drive to see a spectacular sun set, it was right at your back door. The house was spacious and it was filled with light. A great value for the money with a wonderful pool and outdoor area. Restaurants and anything you could possibly need are nearby. If we come back to the same area, I would love to stay here again. The only thing I had a problem with was the TV. I don't get ROKU. But my need to watch a little TV when I go to bed was overruled by the house itself. We had a great stay and I am sure you would as well.

Management was very quick to get in touch with us when we had a problem with garbage disposal and dishwasher. They sent prompt attention to it. Loved the location, beautiful view. It was close to many different areas, stores, beaches. Worked out very well.

Love our stay but need beds that aren’t so high to get into. Husband has short legs and neither of us could get in master bed!

We were evacuated from zone A so decided to stay here. The place was filthy when we arrived but we didn’t really care cuz we were just staying due to possibility that our house could flood. The patio has lots of mold and mildew so glad we didn’t go for vacation. Neighbors were very friendly. Point of contact was great and very responsive and agreed to refund cleaning fee but we have not seen that yet.

Loved everything about our stay! This home Is a must stay with a family or group of people. Everything was exactly as the photos and descriptions showed online. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained and the views from the canal at sunset are breathtaking. The home owner, Greg, was very fast and friendly getting back to us when we were communicating. It truly has everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. We will definitely try to book again in the future.

This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The house was very nice and beautifully located on the end of a canal, which made for gorgeous sunsets. The kids spent every hour at the house in the pool. I would definitely book again.
