Come enjoy an Amelia Island getaway at our recently updated 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bathroom Townhouse! Coastal Blue #4 is located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and two miles from the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach. Plus, Fort Clinch State Park and Egan's Creek Greenway are a short bike ride away! Our townhouse is truly convenient to everything the island has to offer - and best of all, beach access is just a short walk across the street!

Situated close enough to the shoreline to hear thewaves at night, our townhouse has been recently updated with a new deck and other exterior upgrades after interior renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms in past years. From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats four and is right next to the renovated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and modern countertops. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and a dryer.

Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level. In the primary bedroom, guests will enjoy a new comfortable king mattress and flat screen TV. Private deck access can also be reached from the primary bedroom.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds with clothing storage and linens as well. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a new vanity with extra counter space. Guests are provided all-fresh bath linens and beach towels.

Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

    This property was great! The description and pictures are accurate. You really do get what you see ... and more! The property is very well kept. We felt at home. And the beach is just a short walk from the property. We definitely plan to return here. We give this place two thumbs up!
