Prime Location, Close to Everything, Fresh Market, Downtown Cary, Bond Park

House was super clean and organized, everything we needed was there. Very convenient to all the shops and downtown Cary park which we loved! Perfect place for our dog, we had a great time!

Great neighborhood and location. We loved the screened in porch. Owner had ample supplies for our use: paper towels, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc. Owner responded within 30 minutes when I had a need. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a little over a week while our home was being repaired and would rate the experience 4 out of 5. The property was clean, easy to find, and the fenced yard and back porch were definite highlights, especially for our medium-sized dog. The owner was responsive, and overall, the home worked well as a temporary place to stay close to home.The interior layout and furnishings felt unusual and not very intuitive. The furniture and beds seemed dated, and the mattresses were lumpy, giving the impression they were inexpensive or past their prime. Having two large beds in one bedroom made it awkward for assigning sleeping spaces for our older kids; a true master bedroom setup would have been more practical. It might make more sense for the crib to be in the master and the two beds in a separate room.A few functional issues also stood out. The shower water pressure was low, the garage is tight (not fitting my small truck), and while the TV worked well for streaming, an antenna for live football would’ve been nice. The biggest frustration came when the refrigerator stopped working and we lost about 150 worth of groceries. Though the owner sent a technician promptly, the initial suggestion that we’d left the door open felt dismissive. We also requested to check-in for our eight-day stay a few hours early but were told it was only available for a fee.Overall, this is a generally clean property with a responsive owner, but minor issues kept it from a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time during our short week in Raleigh/Cary. The property is in close proximity to downtown Cary and only a short, easy drive to most things in the Triangle region. The property is also within walking distance to the Greenway, a beautiful walking trail that leads to a lake and other parks. The home was very neat and well organized and we were able to bring our dog with us.

The house was just as pictured- plenty of room, clean, comfortable, lots of beds, wonderful screened in porch, and everything we needed! We felt right at home. Great & easy communication with the owner. Would 100% recommend!

Three families enjoyed lots of room in this rental. Anything you can could need was supplied. The outside porch is nice. Road is a little noisy. Some upkeep probably needs to happen. A nice house for a large group We had a little trouble with the keypad at door but quick action helped us get in.

Perfect stay for our family of five’s weekend in Cary to watch our son’s college baseball games. Close to shopping and USA Baseball National Training Complex. Clean and well stocked home in a cute neighborhood. We enjoyed the screened back porch and our dog was happy to be able to stay with us. Thank you!

Had a great stay - two couples and one dog. Bedrooms very nice, bathrooms clean. Plenty of towels and paper products provided. Kitchen well appointed - air fryer, Keurig and more! Location excellent - easy walk to grocery. Would definitely stay again.

Came up for a weekend soccer tournament in Cary, place was perfect for me and my daughters and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! Every room was clean and everything was very easy to locate. We didn’t have to buy anything other than food! If we needed it it was there. I’d definitely stay again and recommend other family and friends to stay!

This was such a beautiful home to stay in in Cary! Well labeled cupboards around the kitchen / house that made it easy to find anything we needed, plenty of towels for a group stay, and easily accessible to great neighborhood food options. Our only wish was that check in and check out times were a little earlier/later. Favorite part of the house was definitely the gorgeous sunroom which was especially nice with fall foliage.

We are a family with a 4-day old baby, an elementary age child, and a grandmother. Coming home from the hospital we needed a place to stay while our home was being remodeled. We found the perfect place. Roomy; attractively decorated; comfortable beds and furniture; great kitchen with drawers and cabinets marked; and well stocked with dishes and equipment. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet; and close to many shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a delicate time of a newborn’s first few days out of the hospital. Thank you!

This home was perfect for our family gathering. Great layout made it nice to gather and talk; tons of amenities throughout. Master bathroom is spacious—almost a spa all to itself. The location is also very convenient—walking trails, shops across the road, quick to get to downtown Cary. The host was quick to respond to all our questions leading up to the stay.
