Stayed Nov 15, 2025This place is perfect for a getaway with your partner/spouse! Everything has been updated to modern times but still gives the homey, small cottage feel. The neighborhood is nice and well lit and is close to downtown. We stayed for a weekend and didn't want to leave! Don't pass this one up if you're looking for somewhere to stay with two people or less!

Stayed Sep 25, 2025We booked this cottage for a mother-daughter weekend. We looked through many options and fell in love with this place. It is charming, tastefully decorated and functional. We were not disappointed! The small cottage was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything we needed-including really good coffee and the decor was inviting. We felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood very close to campus and downtown! The size and quality of the bath towels alone should make you want to sign up for this place! The owner lives nearby and we felt very safe. We told all my daughter’s friends about it and know they all would fall in love with the charm like we did. Parking lot next to the house was ample, outdoor lighting was quaint and the washer and dryer was very helpful to have. We will definitely stay here again and recommended 10/10!

Stayed Aug 20, 2025Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! Kudos to the hosts on keeping the charm while renovating this cottage.
