Stayed May 9, 2025My mother-in-law, sister-in-law and I got away for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg and the house was perfect. Only a couple of blocks from Main Street and a great location.

Reviewer Comments: This home is just blocks from the Pacific War Museum and the heart of downtown Fredericksburg in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The check in is super easy, the key was hand delivered to us by Carren, who is very friendly and helpful. The space had a nice back yard with patio table and chairs. Inside was very clean with cute nautical decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you would need for cooking or reheating.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a great stay in Fredericksburg!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024House is located within walking distance to Main St. Communication and check in was smooth. Clean house, comfortable beds, and kitchen well equipped. Will consider staying here again.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Rented this property for New Year getaway with family. We loved the house and it was perfect for us. Property was super clean (inside and out). We will definitely book it again for our next trip.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is darling and is very close to Main. Upon opening the house the first time, there was a strong Smokey/musty smell. We aired it out. Each time we entered it was the same. Kitchen is well equiped. Bathrooms are well appointed. We ran out of toilet paper and per towels (half roll), they were quick to bring more. Very nice stay with gals from church.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Nice little house. We had plenty room. Walking distance to Main Street. House was very clean. Great communication with host. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Only reason overall rating was not 5 stars was due to road traffic. If you are not used to it, it bothers sleep. Overall was a great place and location to be able to walk & not have to find a place to park. Thanks for sharing the home!
