Prime Beach/Lagoon Location! Walk to beach and restaurants!

Thought the property was amazing.

Great location, very spacious, close to waves and restaurant

3rd or 4th time visiting Mrs. Shonna's condo (which should be enough of YES STAY HERE). We love the spaciousness and location during our December trips. Plenty of room for a family of 6. I still would add a little curtain in the loft to keep out the morning light/naptimes but otherwise zero complaints.

Everything was close by to shop and eat. Also was kid friendly.

Perfect size for our family. Everything was clean. We had a great time.

Location of the property was great. Not too far from everything, access to the beach was right around the corner.

Property was very clean and convenient location to store and short walk to ocean. It was certainly a plus to have chairs, canopy and boards for kids to use in the ocean it would have been nice to have had 2 towels and washcloths for everyone. With just one provided, we just used our beach towels but that was a minor detail. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Great location for us. Easy beach access and not much traffic. Our only issue was the tiled floors were really slippery and with wet feet it got a little dicey.

We had a great time staying here. Great neighbor hood, close walk to the beach and loved the porch to sit out on in the evening. Everything we needed was in the house and walmart was 15min away. There were 2 restaurants, ice cream and a store a block away. We loved our stay here. The only thing that weirded me out was there were hand prints all over the walls and the slanted ceiling above our bed. Other than that everything was very clean.

Awesome property very close walking distance to the beach. House was very clean and up to date with a nice spot to rinse off the sand outside. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely property within a block’s distance to the beach but set back off the main road. It was very spacious and perfect.

Had a wonderful stay. My host is always top notch and the communication is beyond excellent. This is my third year with this host and wouldn’t think of going with anyone else. Love the location and the facility!

Great location, close to beautiful beaches and dining options. Loved that there was a wagon and beach toys and chairs for us to use. Definitely a place we would go back to.

My family had several houses rented nearby and we had a ball , everything we needed was easy accessible and the beach was absolutely beautiful , we are planning for next year

Convenient walk to the beach. T

We came down for a wedding during the off season. This was a great place to stay with a few friends. Convenient location to all the sites. A little walk to the beach, but not terrible. The directions to check in were clear and easy to follow. We did find a few small issues with cleanliness. A bug here or there, but always a dead one (whew). We found one mystery spot on a bed linen, but just swapped it out for another from the closet. Nothing major. The beds were actually comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The sofas are not the best for long term sitting (watching movies etc). But you’re there for the beach anyway right?! Overall, we would stay here again.

Was a great time, very nice house, great area... Host was awesome!!!

The house was disappointing. We arrived a little

All was well except for one issue. When I got into bed the first night (upstairs bedroom), I could feel a bunch of dirt at the bottom of the bed. We took off the covers and used our camera phone lights to find the bed was full of sand. It was also sand all over the couch. Thankfully there was extra linen in the closet. The other 2 rooms had clean linen bc the beds were still damp when we arrived.

The property was close to the beach, but pillows were nasty, no cable tv, traveled from Wisconsin so more beach items would be nice. If you could please put more lights on the steps.

Location was great, could have put more effort into cleaning. Had to take blanket off of bed on second floor because it had many stains. Needs some updates.

The trip was a birthday celebration for my sister who brought her fiance my husband and I and our other sister so it was just us adults. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach and getting to all the shops.

Over all satisfied, I’m a clean person and I was able to over look a few minor things and still enjoy the week. The laundry being underneath is a bit of a hassle. We slept good and felt safe

Clean and close to the beach. A few min walk to the beach and also a The Beach House Restaurant and Bar. Would definitely stay again.

Home is clean and has everything you need! Walk to the beach or lagoon and short drive to anywhere else. My family loved it!

This was an absolute beautiful property to stay with my family on our first official family vacation to Gulf Shores! Easy access to the beach , souvenir shopping And also awesome place to eat was the hang out! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Looking forward to booking again next year!

quite, calm, comfortable, short walk to beach, shopping. Food in the area was excellent.
