Prestigious Tighlman Estates, Private Pool, Short Walk to Beach and Main St.

Fantastic family vacation spot! Communication was great from start to finish; we even got to check out an hour late. Great for multi generational families, plemty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. The pool was great and being able to walk to the beach in minutes was extremely helpful with 3 kids under 8! We hope to be back!!

Short walk to the beach! Everything we wanted to do was very close by. House was accommodating and worked well for our stay!

We had a great stay here everything was clean and kit he was well stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and answered every question in a timely fashion. If there is someone with mobility issues the stairs are steep but the outside set of steps to go up stairs are a little easier. The kitchen is upstairs just fyi. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Lots of room to sit and very spacious. Pool was great amenity to have and location was perfect. We did rent a golf cart because we had someone with mobility issues but it isn’t a bad walk to the beach and there is a ramp at the public access right near the house. We will stay here again!

The house was exactly as expected. It is a well-loved, family home. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. The beds are a little softer than we are used to, but they were newer and clean. It is in a great location. Nice residential area, away from the crazy busy tourist areas, but close enough to visit. The beach is beautiful and about a 2-3 minute walk across the street. There was almost no one on the beach when we were there, but it is still a little early in the year. But it is a great beach, soft fluffy sand with no rocks, and gorgeous sunrises.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! It was a huge space! This is the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Just a minute walk to the beach and about 8 minutes to shops and restaurants downtown. We loved that we could bring our dogs and let them roam the backyard in the fenced in area while we hung out by the pool. Mike was very quick to reply to a question we had a few days into our trip. The house was very clean when we arrived. The back patio and pool area were very dirty and we ended up sweeping it because we were tracking dirt and leaves everywhere but other than that we were very pleased. Make sure you empty the pool filter each day as it fills up fast from the surrounding tree debris. The fan above the stove does not work so if you are cooking bacon or anything that will smoke make sure you open up all of the windows! We were very happy with this home and would absolutely return!

The house was lovely! It was so peaceful and quiet. Just a short walk to the beach which was practically empty! The pool was perfect! The only thing is if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues getting up the inside stairs is a bit of a challenge because they are steep. There is a set of outside stairs that are a little wider and easier to navigate. The host, Mike was very easy to reach and helped us with everything we needed! Loved this place!

We loved our stay at Sandbar! The house is well-organized, with two floors, each having everything necessary, so our teenagers stayed on the first floor and did not bother the rest of the family on the second floor. The pool is excellent, and the location is amazing - just about two minutes from the beach and a 12-minute drive to Barefoot Landing.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property set up perfectly for us with two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room on each level. The outdoor shower came in handy when coming off the beach and the fenced in pool area was great for afternoon/evening swims and nice for our small dog. Short, easy walk to fairly quiet part of the beach.

We loved everything about our trip! The house is very cozy and welcoming, it had everything we needed (except hot pads and pot holders, we just used towels)There were even beach chairs for all of us and an umbrella we used to take to the beach! Thank you! We were a family of 4 adults, a 2 year old and 2 dogs! The backyard and pool are amazing. So nice to relax in the pool after a day at the beach! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
