Stayed Jan 26, 2026We had a great stay at the Presidential Palace property. The home is very spacious and was fantastic for our group of six on the island for a fishing trip. Great location on the beach with wonderful views. Check in and check out were very easy and we had everything we needed. Thank you and we hope to book again in the future.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023Great beachfront property to entertain a large group. BBQ pit and boiling pot/burner were both a plus as an amenity. Large common area and TV with a nice porch beach view. Extra refrigerator and freezer downstairs to chill drinks.

Stayed Jan 13, 2023The property is beautiful and an amazing location right on the beach! Parking is great! It is a large property and plenty of room for large groups. We had 10 people in our group and it was nice for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. My only complaint is that for the money I feel like a few more ammenities should be supplied like toilet paper (toilet paper holders - I don't know why that bothered me but it did), paper towels and coffee/filters. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5!

Stayed Nov 25, 2022It was my mother's 90th birthday. We all wanted to relax and spend some time with her. It was amazing all of us under one roof for the weekend. It was more than enough room. It felt like home.

Stayed Jul 8, 2021Myself and a group of friends and family take a trip each year to a new location. This year was my turn to pick and very glad we chose Grand Isle. Specifically, this property was perfect for our large group. Great location and very nice place. Perfect for a huge group. The only thing I'd mention is the lower level is not updated as nicely as the rest of the house. Lower level was also very musty smelling. I'm sure it's difficult to maintain such a large property and hopefully these fixes are in the works for future renters. Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely rent again.
