Premium 4bd walking distance to the waterpark (CG652)

The property was clean and nice. The furniture (bed, sofa, patio furniture) very uncomfortable for my liking. Not as well stocked as I would like. Only 8 washcloths for 6 people for 5 days. Check in process took a bit longer as they didn’t have our name at the gate. I didn’t like the payment procedure during the booking process. Instead of making a payment directly to VRBO Iwas required to pay pay the host directly in two installments and was charged a credit card fee both times. Property management was great and easily accessible. Community pool area very nice. Overall a good experience.

Very pleasant stay

Quiet and peaceful environment with the essentials for vacation stay.

Couches living room broken. Chairs at pool very dangerous and damaged. Bedsheets old.Oven rubbers where missing and cut dress on these corners. Very dangerous!Only 6 chairs at the table in a house that fits 8. Chairs old and broken.Outside furniture only 4 seats.

This home was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. There were a few inconveniences that we experienced, which included: stiff mattresses that felt like you were sleeping on cardboard, wasn't well stocked (no tissues, only one roll of paper towels, one packet of detergents, no sugars or spices to cook with, etc.), and the water pressure in the downstairs shower is way too high. It felt like it would blast our skin off if we stood in the same spot for too long. Please adjust! The other bathroom water pressure levels were too low, probably because of the downstairs shower.

House was just the right size. Very clean. Liked that the kids bedroom had a pull out bed in addition to two twins. Kitchen was well stocked. They had two types of coffee makers. Liked that they provided some garbage bags and a small sponge/detergent.

Overall the property suited our needs and we had a lovely time. The only recommendation that I would have is more accommodating l living room seating. The condo can hold up to 10 guests, but the living room seating only 5. A long sectional would be more comfortable and accommodating.I would also recommend foam mattress toppers for all beds.

The house was big enough for us all to have space. The upstairs is well insulated so as to not keep the downstairs awake!

Great property, clean, pool was great. Beds are uncomfortable and shower pressure was very high in bottom bathroom but barely any upstairs.

We chose the development due to its excellent location in a high quality gated development. Check-in was provided accurately by the managing agents. Property was described as in the listing and was perfect for our stay.. Pool furniture, soft cushions were mouldy, glass on table damaged. Loungers not safe to use, plus both the living room sofas need replacing they’re in poor condition. Everything else was okay. Not premium but good basic accommodation for our needs, good value for our length of stay 29 nights. Thank you

Excellent property.

We had a little hiccup with getting the door code and the line to check in for the access pass to the front gates was a nightmare but after that we enjoyed our stay. We were able to do food shopping at Publix, was able to make a great meal or two with the pots and dish ware provided. We loved how close we were from all 4 Disney parks. Neighborhood was quiet. The beds were too firm for my liking but I still managed to get comfortable. My family enjoyed their stay and the space they had. I would definitely stay again!

The property was fine but we had requested that the pool heat should be turned on. It was not and when we requested that the pool heat be turned once we got there they found out it was broken and were not able to fix it during our stay even though the property management company had told us that the order had been put through and they were going to come. This was very upsetting because the reason we chose this property was to be able to swim in the private pool. Without the heat it was difficult to do so. We requested to have some of our payment refunded to us due to the inconvenience and the owner said no. We were very disappointed as our family vacation in Florida is centered around having a private pool. We know we can’t control the weather but we have been to Orlando before and know that if the pool is heated we can still enjoy. In this case, the pool was cold even in the warmer weather and when it was cold outside it made it extremely difficult to go in all together. We were a little bit surprised that the owner wasn’t willing to refund a potion of the payment.

We were in FL for a dance convention and were staying with another family. It was a great location with an easy drive to the convention hotel. We had some minor issues with the downstairs shower handle, the kitchen sink handle and dryer. We called the property manager and they came right out and fixed everything. The house was clean and exactly as stated.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The neighborhood felt safe. The house was in walking distance to the Clubhouse. I loved that there were 3 bathrooms. The TH was lovely. I will be booking here again.
