Premier Oceanfront Dog Friendly Home w/ Pool, Hot Tub, EV Charger, and Game Room

We enjoyed our vacation including the house as it was ample size with lots gathering places. The house needs an entire refresh and deep cleaning including area rugs and carpeted steps. The 2 dishwashers were not great and one had a lower rack that was inoperable. There were plenty of dishes and cooking tools for a group our size. I would add a large steaming pot for a seafood boil. Their starter package could have been more ample to include 7 TP rolls for the 7 bathrooms (instead of 4). Towel package should include floor mats for bathrooms and at least 7 small soaps for each bathroom. Only difficult thing was having to walk food down 2 flights of stairs to grill and then back up. The grill worked great though.

House was as advertised- very clean and extremely well stocked. Kitchen had literally everything you could need for a week away from home. Closets under house had beach chairs, corn hole and other beach items that are included. Hot tub was great. This was the first week the pool was open and we paid for heating- temps were still cold so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. Kids and teens absolutely loved the basketball and volleyball court! Great location and stay for our group of 6 families. We had a great time and would def stay again!

The place is even better than the pics show. The hike to the beach is so fun with all the little crabs along the way. The view is so great! The beach fires were such an amazing experience. We had such a great time! I highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful week at Imagine, our beach rental. The accommodations were perfect for our family .

The house is located in a great location right on the beach! You can see the ocean from the top floor. The kitchen is stocked with literally anything you could need, including 3 coffee makers. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are extra pillows and blankets in each closet. There is plenty of parking, some covered, and a storage closer outside with some beach/pool gear. It's pretty minimal and dated but it's something. The deck could definitely use some repair. There are many loose boards and nails (definitely don't go out on it barefoot). The heated pool was wonderful, the first day it was heated. Not having a heated pool in NC a pool guide would've useful. We would've turned on the hose overnight to ensure the water level didn't drop. We only got that information from the pool guy who came the day before our last day. 2 maintenance tickets later we finally had a warm (enough) pool our last day. The hot tub was perfect. The management company is slow to respond, if they respond at all. Do not plan on an early checkin. You do get your code (if you have a digital lock) but literally at the moment you can checkin (4:05pm for us). With the poor communication prior we were not certain the code would come, thankfully it did. We had to contact them for 2 issues during our stay. Both times we had to leave voice mails because no one was answering the phones (or they were receiving that many maintenance calls). The first one took them 3 days to respond. The house is lovely and was absolutely wonderful for our week! Next time I would probably try to find a house with another management company, however if this one was my only option we'd probably give it another try.

Everything was wonderful. The house was perfectly clean. We arrived early and were able to get in by 4. It was such a wonderful house that had everything that we could possibly need.
