From the small tiny details within the remodel of the home to the smell from the air fresheners when you walk into each room, everything was done perfectly!! No corners were cut and it was the best place my family and I have stayed in overall. My moms family has been vacationing the same week at Hampton Beach for 56 years now and let me tell you, we have stayed in the oldest cottages still standing and also in some of the resort high rises but nothing can compare to this place. The host is exceptional, great communication, so down to earth and easy to reach. Since using VRBO to book I have never had a host be so accessible. The little things really do matter, like fresh bedding, towels and a shower that actually has great water pressure! We look forward to our future stays! Thank you again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The house was walking distance to shopping, casino, restaurants and beach. The bunk detached from the house has air conditioning and a tv, no bathroom though. There are 3 bdrms in the house with queen beds with fans only, no AC but the ACs in the kitchen and livingroom keeps the whole house cool. The enclosed front porch is a great option for entertainment. It has a slot machine, tv and games. They provided shampoo and conditioner, no bar soap and only one small roll of bath tissue. I'm sure if you ask they will bring it. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, plates and utensils. It was a beautiful beach house and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and the host was prompted with answering my questions and needs. 6/21-22/25

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Family vacation, very short walk to the beach and board walk. Plenty of room for a family to stay. Great back yard for a bbq and relaxing away from the crowds and noise.
