These property is awesome. You have everything you will need. Only bring yourself and some food to prepare if you want. Have entertainments for kids. (Mini casino game, game console, coloring, movies, and board games. Plenty of comfortable beds. We were 7 adults and 3 children, everyone have their own space.

Close to the beach and boardwalk

Excellent location, family friendly- excellent communication from owner! Highly recommend! On a dead end quiet street and two blocks to the ocean. Beautiful sunset over the marsh land. So many cute dishes and options to use for making family meals at the house.

Host was extremely welcoming and accommodating! House was modern, well furnished and stocked, and it was a perfect location for a quick walk to the beach. Great water pressure too! We recommend Hampton Beach even in the winter - so beautiful!

Girl family trip during the off season and it met all our expectations. Great location. House was immaculate and provided us all with our own bedrooms. House it totally stocked. The game room on the porch area was an added bonus. Micah was a super host. We are assuming since it was off season, Micah allowed us to check in two hours earlier and checkout several hours later. Micah was quick to respond to us. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were a group of 3 couples plus one additional adult (mixed ages 23 to 86) and everyone enjoyed their stay. The beds were comfy, water pressure was great and there were more than enough towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc for everyone. There is a/c in every room and it works very well. The location is terrific- you can walk to the beach and anywhere you want to go in town. The only things that were a surprise were the tiny sinks in the bathrooms and the steep stairs to the second floor. Neither turned out to be a problem but we did have grandma sleep in the first floor bedroom to avoid the stairs.

Second time staying here. Great as always.

The location of the house was perfect for our stay during the Seafood Festival. I joked to my wife because of the decor inside the house, it was like staying on a pirate ship/casino. The home provided everything you would need.

5 stars. Best place at Hampton Beach. Have been renting here the last few years and are booked into 2027. Need I say more?

My family liked the location of being a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. Additionally, the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

Our family has stayed a week at a time the last few summers. Always very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. Great vintage decor. Plenty of entertainment options in the house for the family on down times. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Us returning again next year speaks for itself. Great place!!

We stayed a week at Micah's place while visiting family in Hampton Beach. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained. Micah was great at responding to questions quickly. We loved this place so much, we've already booked for next year!

Great location and a nice place with lots of space, rooms and amenities. The reason I took 1 star off was because the grill was a real mess and the downstairs bathroom has a bad odor.

We loved our stay! It is difficult to find a great place that has enough space for my big family but this was perfect. The game room was extra family space and allowed people to watch tv while other people could play games. Remember to bring your beach towels.

Neat clean excellent location

We've been staying here the last few years and don't rent anywhere else. Five stars across the board. Everything listed and shown is what you get...perfect vacation home for my parents, siblings, niece, husband and son.

We had an amazing stay in this big, beautiful house. We rented it for 2 nights, the night before and night of our all day fishing trip. We had a big group and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great place to relax, with a short walk to the boardwalk for those that wanted to explore.

My family and I loved the place. It was a great getaway and had easy access to beach, food and entertainment Will definitely stay here again

What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host! As a group of 8, we had plenty of space and the bedrooms were super cozy and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. Plenty of parking and a great deck/backyard. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful house.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!

We had a big group stay for NYE, had the best time staying in at this house, plenty to do inside and plenty of space for everyone!

My 3 kids, 3 grandkids and mom were all together under one roof for Christmas. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating.

This house was PERFECT for an extended family get-together. We were there on a lovely fall weekend -- the beachside location as fantastic, but also close to picture perfect New England towns for leaf viewing as well. Host was incredibly responsive, all information was detailed and accurage, and answered questions immediately. The space perfectly fit our needs -- a main bedroom on the first floor was ideal for my elderly mother, and the bedrooms upstairs were spaceous for the other adults and kids. The house is STOCKED with fun games to keep our teens/pre-teens occupied and having fun.

I am a repeat traveler to this location for a number of years now, already booked for next year. Never ever had any issues, just a great place to go.

My daughter was getting married and family from across the country were attending. This house was great! Plenty of room to spread out. Everyone was comfortable. Great bang for the buck compared to a hotel. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended!

It was bigger than expected. Plenty of space to hang and let our 3 small dogs run around.

When we rented this home a few years ago, we haven't been anywhere else since. This is THE best home for my family of nine. Plenty of space, fully stocked, clean, quiet location, close to the beach and I can’t say enough about Micah, the owner. This is our all time favorite.

We were all totally impressed with this beach house… we loved everything about it… it’s built for fun and comfort… had every thing we wanted in a vacation home…we would definitely go back again…the decor is so unique and different… never saw anything like it…loved it…we have been going to Hampton Beach for over 40 years and have stayed in many places and for the last 20 years in the same place… this by far is our very favorite.if I had to make a suggestion I would want a couple of shelves in the bathrooms and a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes on…and maybe room darkening shades… but in the scheme of things these are very minor things and they did not in any way have a negative effect on the amazing time we had in this outstanding place. Stayed at Micah’s place to see Allen Stone in Portsmouth and Teddy Swims in Hampton Beach… this house and host couldn’t of been more perfect!⭐️ The vibe is cozy, cool, coastal chic, anything and everything has been thought of for you. Definitely not your average Hampton beach rental, if you are lucky enough to stay here, you will enjoy all the attention to detail and close proximity to all that Hampton has to offer! This home is super clean and quiet and the host is super responsive (we somehow managed to lock ourselves out and he and his daughter were there in minutes with a smile and super hero capes on!) Loved the whole place - the front porch is a great place to gather, the back deck too! No one wanted to leave! Our family has been coming to HB for many years for a weekly stay and 4 years ago found this gem. When entering you realize the extra effort by owner to make it a place for his guests to feel comfortable with the thoughtful nautical and vintage decor, and to assure you have a fun time hanging out in the game room with video table, portable ping pong table, tv, bar and plenty of kid and adult games available to use. Last 3 years we've come here the place has been improved on each time in some way. Micah is open to feedback and has acted on suggestions. He responds in short time for any questions before and during stay. It is a short walk to beach, restaurants and miniature golf. We parked 4 cars, no problem. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.
