All rooms are equipped with large Flat-screen smart TV's with free YouTube TV. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. This level has a main bathroom with a tubbed shower. There is a generous open concept living area with an oversized sliding door and a balcony with an outdoor seating area with an amazing view of the gulf.
