Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 3 families, 12 people in total, including teenagers, kids, and a baby. The home was very comfortable for all of us, and the host was extremely attentive and responsive. The property is also very centrally located and easily accessible. It was a great vacation!

Management company was great. The house is pretty basic regarding kitchen/ bathrooms ( no fancy tile/ flooring etc). . However, it is comfortable and clean. It worked out great for our group of 4 families.

Our check in was at 4 pm we arrived early and they were so courteous and allowed us in early. It is very spacious has plenty of rooms and beds. I give them a 10 on the cleanliness.

Stayed Mar 26, 2023Really enjoyed our stay. Great property with lots of room and sleeping options. Only downside is the steps to get from parking to the front door - about 20 so if you have an older guest (we did) the steps were a bit much. Wasn’t clear when we booked the rental on the steps. But that is minor overall and we’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 23, 2023Stayed here with 15 friends for a ski trip at Breckenridge and Keystone. The location cannot be beat. You're literally 7 mins from Main St. and 12 min from the Breck parking lots. House is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. The kitchen came stocked with all the equipment and serving ware needed to cook all of our meals. Hot tub was an added bonus and super easy to operate. The view of Breck from the balcony is so great. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Nov 20, 2022We had a great time at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is well kept and was the perfect size for the size of our group. Perfect location. About 5 minutes or so from Main St. Property has 2 sets of washers & dryers. Dryer downstairs took a while to dry so we ended up using the one upstairs. Beds in the bunkbed room are not very comfortable, but no complaints from others that stayed in other bedrooms.
