Loved our stay in PM 12. We will definitely look to book again. The space is very accommodating and comfortable. Loved it!
Perfect location for a ski vacation, right next to the Powder Monkey lift. Plenty of room for our family of five.
Nice condo, good location. Bunks good for kids.
Unfortunately, when you rent this house everything you use is old and worn and looks like it came from a second-hand store. This includes sofa, chairs, dishes, pots and pans, drapes, bedspread (which is also supposed to be your blanket unless you use one of three extra blankets in the closets.) and pretty much everything else. Be prepared to use one-ply toilet tissue and paper towels. BRING your own kleenex, plastic wrap, foil, cooking oil, spices, hand soap, and cleaning products. Also, know that things are on timers, for example, the gas fireplace. You can put it back on but it shuts off in 60 minutes. Seems like there haven't been any upgrades to this place in decades. It is unfortunate because the house could be very warm and welcoming with some effort and some new furniture, pots, pans, etc. Speaking about welcoming, you have to travel four miles past the resort to pick up the key to check-in. Four miles doesn't seem like a lot until you realize they are four hard, ice, snowy miles in the wintertime. Oh, then four miles back to where you need to be. The location is great and the house could be too! What a shame!
Ski in/out right from your front patio. Just a short walk to the Village and a pizza joint and bar are located next door across the powder monkey trail at the Corduroy Inn. We had a group of teenage boys and they were loving the location and the fresh powder Mother Nature provided. The unit was stocked with everything you would need to make some great meals for your stay. Loved it!
The townhome was nice and location was very convenient. The walls between the townhome and the next door townhome do nothing to shield noise. We literally could hear every word from the next door neighbors. The group next door held parties late, until 2AM, into the night, which we can understand, but the thin walls made it impossible for my family to sleep until they ended the parties. We did not complain to them, as we feel they were not excessively loud, the dividing walls were obviously not insulated for sound at all. I would not recommend this rental to anyone due to the possibility of a similar situation.
We stayed with our family of five for two nights and the location could not have been any better. We were right at the top of powder monkey left which made for a great skiing for our three teenagers. Easy to come in and warm up or grab some food
Condo is conveniently located for direct access to slopes, bus stop for Silver Creek and retail next door. The Village is a close walk. Condo is well appointed and has all that could be needed. Easily accommodates six persons.
