Stayed Aug 2, 2025Dave advertised a comfortable, clean and functional space in a great neighborhood and he delivered. We were able to walk every where (needed an Uber only once) and had groceries delivered. The value was great and we will definitely rent again.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We loved our stay - amazing kitchen with coffee, snacks and water. We got in late and it was nice to have the coffee for the am! Really clean and well stocked - each bedroom has own bathroom to use. COMFORTABLE beds! AMAZING rooftop area - will def stay here again when in Denver!
