Portside SA 2 is a Two Bedroom two Bath Townhome 1 block from the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in the front of the complex which gives you a very short walk to the beach. The master Bedroom has a King size bed. The guest Bedroom has 1 Queen size Bed as well as a Twin size Bed. The unit is PET FRIENDLY. There is parking in front of the unit. No waiting for elevators. The kitchen is fully furnished with all of your basic needs.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The location was the best thing about the condo. It’s great for a small family and they accept dogs which is the biggest plus. Could use a little more communication from the owner and more information on check in and costs…. There was an extra $1k in fees not associated with the rental cost plus 50 per car to park. Other than that it was a great place to rent.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We loved this property and location. It was close enough for the teens to have things to do without being right in the middle of all the congestion. Winn Dixie was walking distance and so were many other shops and convenience stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Location was great. The pool is so close it feels like it’s in your backyard. The beach access is literally right across the street, beach access #71 if you wanted to see exactly. Everything as far as the kitchen goes is great. However, this place is a bit dated and needs some TLC. Not a lot, easy things that would take a handyman a day to fix. This would not effect us from renting this property again.

Stayed Apr 22, 2023Condo is so close to the pools, hot tub and beach. It’s mostly quiet. Pet friendly which was very helpful. Owner has remodeled bathrooms. Floors are vinyl plank. We did a bit of cleaning and laundry when we arrived. Cleaners could do a better job. Overall our stay was great once we settled in. The owner was very helpful and brought new beach chairs since we couldn’t find any in the unit. He also helped with the door code when we arrived. Very easy to contact. We would stay here again!
