Check in was smooth and I feel directions were clear and communicated well. Kitchen was good and had everything we needed to accommodate us.

Check in time to be 3:30 we arrived at 6:30 pm the beach house in process of being cleaned or cleaned at it. We had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies before we could use any kitchen items and bathrooms. The couch had sand from previous guests. Floors were very sandy and precious cereal and candy wrappers found in bedrooms and the living room, which is quite off putting. I could go on but you get the gesture.

We were so impressed with this new roomy house. Everything was clean and in order. Very nice pool area. We had eleven people in our group and never felt crowded. Great view of the beach from across the street on the front porch. Highly recommend this property!

First time for my family to come to gulf shores- we will come back! Pros of this property are definitely location- close enough to all of things but far enough to still be relaxing. Very close to the beach, quiet little community the house is apart of. The shower outside was nice to hose down after a day at the beach, large patio out back that has a view of the ocean.. loved having my morning coffee out there. House has a spacious downstairs and decent size rooms upstairs. Comfortable beds and pillows. Negatives- the floors were covered in sand upon arrival, like to the point we all wore shoes at all times. Also to note… the house has zero rugs or mats… so you just live with sand on your feet in the house at all times… nothing to wipe them on. One of the beds had sand in it as well. There is also not a single blanket in the rental. So bring a sweatshirt and sweatpants because if you get chilly while on the couch or really anywhere other than your bed. The listing did mention they supply zero anything for the beach-to my disappointment that is correct… maybe I’m just spoiled from my previous beach rentals. Bring absolutely everything beach related if you’re staying here.. towels, toys, chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. as stated in a previous review the pocket door is still broken in the upstairs bathroom. The tv in the living room constantly cuts out… probably about every 5 minutes for about 20 seconds or so. First world problems but it got pretty annoying. hope that helps!

This home was perfect for our large family, everyone had a bed and was comfortable during our stay. The bathroom upstairs’ door was broken so we had to lock both bedroom doors when we used it but we had read that in the reviews before hand. Other than that it was great! Plenty of parking, very quit neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was fantastic! Very clean and well kept. Plenty of seating for our group of 12 around the bar top and dining room table. It was a great area to gather and play games of an evening. Also with so many to shower each day, we were pleased with how well stocked the bathrooms were with towels and wash cloths. Beach access was about a 5-minute walk. The pool was a big hit with the family and small kids loved the shallow entry. Pool area was clean and orderly. We had trouble locking the front door on our first evening - maintenance was prompt, friendly, and solved the issue. Great customer service! Beds were comfortable and the unit kept cool at 70 degrees when the temps were 95+ degrees each day. (A blessing!) Only small issues were the pocket door was off the track in the shared bathroom upstairs - and a grounding rod sticking out of the pea gravel downstairs which could be an safety issue (but honestly not the owners fault). Just something to be aware of. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the unit to small groups looking for a beach getaway.

The house is really nice overall, really liked the size of the bunk beds, much easier for two people to sleep in the same one comfortably. The bathrooms are clean and large with lots of storage. The beach access isn’t bad, little bit of a walk but not far at all. The pool was nice, shallow and good for kids. There were a few things that needed some attention that would really put this one at the top of the list of places we’ve stayed if they were fixed. There is not a grill, which I thought was odd; never rented a beach house that didn’t have one. The refrigerator in the house needs some pieces replaced, the drawers did not shut easily and a lot of the plastic shelves were cracked. The ice maker did not work, so we had to buy a lot of ice. The internet is definitely spotty. The two rooms with bunk beds are connected with a Jack and Jill bath, but neither of the pocket doors locked, you had to make sure everyone knew you were getting in the shower so they didn’t accidentally come in. The towels smelled very bad when we got there, like maybe they were put away damp and dried with a mildew smell. We had to wash them all before using them.

Ice machine didn’t work. Bad wifi. Sand in beds. Nice location, nice beach. Lack of information on town. Nice pool.
