My husband and I, our 4 daughters and their husbands and children recently rented this property. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It’s in a great location with shopping directly across the street and neighborhood access to the beach. The host quickly responded to questions. Great family experience all around.

This was the PERFECT house for our extended family vacation! We rented 2 houses in the Waters Edge neighborhood and this worked out perfectly. Beautiful home and had plenty of space for all. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

We have stayed in several of the houses in this neighborhood and Just Beachy was wonderful! The property owner Carolyn, was so easy to work with. She got back with us very quickly on any questions we had. The house was just as pictured. Very clean, bedrooms were very large and each room had its own bath. We used the loft/bunk room for our granddaughter and it was the perfect place to stay, away from the noise of the rest of the family. We stayed in for most meals as we had a small child, the kitchen appliances are very good. The garbage drawer wants to slide open a lot, we just banded it so it so it would stay shut. The pool was so nice to have, every day after the beach we were in the pool! The heater on the pool works great, and it was very clean. During our stay, the pool crew came twice to clean it. Miss not having some lounge chairs around the pool, but that is being picky. We had 10 people staying in the house, one two year old, plenty of space and everyone could be at the dinner table together and in the family room together. Our family really enjoyed the house and the amenities. We will definitely stay here again. First house in the neighborhood so very easy to everything/shops, restaurants in Rosemary. Walk to beach is not bad at all. This neighborhood and the ease to the beach is the reason we keep coming back. Safe neighborhood and not a lot of traffic and it’s a gated small neighborhood. Perfect vacation!!!

This house truly had it all! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with chairs set up daily, and just a short walk to everything we needed, from restaurants to shops. The home was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with extras like beach toys, chairs, and rafts. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The extra fridge/freezer came in handy with our big group, and there was plenty of seating and space for all of us to spread out and relax. It was absolutely perfect for our multiple families with kids—we’ll definitely be back!

We were parents plus 3 couples, and grandsons ages 11 and 13. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Finding a house with 4 King beds was an added bonus as that was not common when searching for a rental. The boys had there own floor with the bunk room. The large open kitchen and table for ten was perfect for both meals and playing games at night. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, as well as all of the shops and dining of Rosemary Beach. Host Caroline was very responsive to all questions and a couple of minor issues. It was the perfect home for us and we would definitely return.

We couldn’t have been happier than we were with “Just Peachy.” This beautiful home is a short walk to the beach, to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach shops and restaurants, and for fun, close to Creative Crepes, Charlie’s Donuts, Starbucks and the Sugar Shak. We, the grandparents, stayed in the first floor king bedroom. Our two daughters and their husbands stayed in two of the second floor Bedrooms, with the third going to our grandson. That left the third floor bunk room and king bedroom for our five granddaughters to share. Our son and his wife and three boys joined us for breakfast and stayed with us most of each day. There would have been room for them as well, but they had already reserved another VRBO. There was plenty of room for all of us to eat at our place, even the big Thanksgiving dinner. The grandkids rode the bikes and we all went to the beach every day. The heated pool and hot tub were also a hit. All in all, a great time!!

This was our 4th year staying at Just Beachy. As always, the house was clean and was perfect for our group of young families! We love how the beach is an easy walk away, there is a private pool, and everyone gets a king sized bed. Once again, we had a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay, location was amazing. Lots of space for everyone. Everything was great except for the kitchen, which is not equipped for any cooking at all. Need to replace everything including all the blunt knives, lack of cooking pans, peeling/broken utensils, 4 wine glasses in a house that sleeps 19, rusty baking dishes. I would definitely stay here again if kitchen was restocked. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star.

The house was wonderful. It was exactly as described. A few of the advertised amenities were missing. The host was very attentive and responded to our questions and requests.

This lovely beach house was just perfect for our family of 11; adults, teens and little ones ages 3,6, 7. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. The pool was a BIG hit for everyone. We had 3 days of red flag days when we couldn’t swim in the ocean and so we spent a lot of time in the pool. It was great to be able to spend time in the water right in our own private pool. The beach is a short walk down a walkway with no busy streets to cross. The downstairs living area was great for our together times and it was nice to have a table the sat 10 people. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We all were very happy with this house in a nice location and would highly recommend it.

Clean property with great layout for multiple families. Easy to walk to Alys, Seacrest, or Rosemary! We loved the easy accessibility to the beach with the neighborhood walkway. We found the pool size to be a tad small but overlooked it because everything else was outstanding!

Perfect vacation home! Large, clean, accommodating and a very close walk to the beach. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us on the beach every day was amazing. One small hiccup during check-in, the driving gate code for the street leading into the neighborhood was not correct, but luckily some kind neighbors shared the correct code and that code worked for the remainder of our trip. Overall loved the home, location and community. Can not recommend enough!
