Stayed Apr 30, 2021Sea Front location is great Great Ocean view and access House is also good But It was not clean. Kitchen was stinking smell There were lots of popped ballon left over the bed and floor One pan was kept unclean and duty Bathroom doors and locks are not good. I would say they are dangerous for kids. They can lock out kids inside. Window blinds were broken. Patio view was great but the old wood was poking and going inside foot. Very dangerous. Grill was dirty. Overall we enjoyed our stay becuase of great ocean front view.

Stayed Jul 4, 2020During this pandemic, we were very worried about over crowded beaches and wanted to limit ourselves to the public as much as possible. This house was located in a non commercial area and there were times on the beach that we had enough room to play whiffle ball!! We spent most of our time on the porch which is what sold me on the place to begin with. It’s large enough to accommodate lots of people and has lots of chairs. I would caution that two of the rockers are “death traps” as we liked to call them...if you lean back to far, they will tip and two of us did during the week. The porch is wide enough to play cornhole which was fun at night. The other place in the house that we spent most of our time was the upstairs kitchen. Since we didn’t go to any restaurants because of COVID, we did a lot of dood prep in kitchen. It’s kind of small but it got the job done. Rooms were comfortable. Company needs to spray for ants. The porch area had a lot which we remedy with some spray and I saw a few in the house but nothing crazy..typical summer annoyances. My son enjoyed playing some video games in his room after a long day at the beach..the house has plenty of tvs, although only 3 ever got used. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s not the best on the beach but it’s location can’t be beat! Porch and outside hose could use some TLC. Private access to beach was awesome!
