Stayed Aug 9, 2025DO NOT stay at this property until construction is completed next door. The charm of the property is ruined by the constant construction and the unpleasant consistent smell of a porta potty. This was our 4th time staying at the property if you scroll through the reviews and all previous reviews were extremely positive. I’m only posting this review to help others realize what they are getting. The property manager was rude and completely unhelpful in dealing with the extent of the disruption. Extremely disappointed with our stay and will never rent this property or any associated with the realtor.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Every detail in home is amazing. Tons of beach,Cape Cod decorations. Beach a few steps away. Description of property states price reduced b/c construction next door. We were nit advised a big port-a-potty would welcome our arrival and construction would begin before 7:30 am some days. I guess we should have asked? The construction was the only downside to home.
