Upon arrival, you are welcomed by mature landscaping, a dry creek bed and sprawling lawn area that wraps around the front of the property. Once inside you will feel all the luxuries of this high-end home. Open living space designed for entertaining with generous seating, 3 Smart TV’s, 2 guest bedrooms with queen-size beds and a expansive master with a king-sized Nectar mattress, 2 luxurious bathrooms with rain showers and a freshly remodeled kitchen that is a true masterpiece: featuring butcher block counters, a gas range and all the comforts of home. Amble parking in the driveway is available for multiple vehicles.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property, residence and garage which is being used as a game room. This is a private residence situated on 1 acre.

I manage multiple Airbnb`s in the area. I do my best to be available 24/7 for my guests. I can be reached by text, Airbnb message or phone at any time during your stay. I live nearby, so if there is an emergency, I can be to the property quickly.

Off-street parking is available in the driveway for multiple cars- 4 can park comfortably.

Please keep in mind that Central Coast wines have a tendency to be high in alcohol content. It is highly recommended that you ensure you have a designated driver or make use of the following services:

- Uber/Lyft - Paso Robles has an abundance of drivers available, so be sure to download the apps to make use of their services.
- Destination Drivers - where a driver takes you out in your own car.
- Uncorked Wine Tours - our personal favorite wine tour company.
- Hop On Beer Tours - for a customizable tour that includes beer, wine, or distilleries.

Home is located in an upscale family-friendly residential community. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep outside noise and music to a minimum past 9pm.

Children must not be left unattended at the pool at any time.

Pool is not heated but warms up nicely in the summer months. Hot tub is always kept at 101 degrees and can be adjusted by guest. Swim at your own risk.

Only registered SERVICE animals are allowed at this vacation rental.

The federal FHA and California FEHA recognize that service animals, unlike support animals, have established protections under ADA and CDPA. Service animals undergo a simpler verification process as they are trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Landlords can legally ask two questions regarding a service animal:

1. Does the person have a disability
2. What task is the animal trained to perform

If a disabled person cannot answer these questions, the animal may qualify as a support animal, prompting the housing provider to allow a reasonable accommodation request for it.
