Poolside Family Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Game Room

Great property. Loved the pool and hot tub. The game room was great for the kids they loved it! Absolutely loved all the extras they had. Pool toys, pool towels, beach toys, cart, & chairs. We would definitely come back and stay with them. The host had wonderful communication and details about the home. Thank you for letting my family stay! 10 out 10!

An exceptional home for a family visit. We booked this home as a base for our parents to visit and spend quality time together as a family, and it could not have been more perfect. The space was exactly what we needed for a comfortable, memorable visit.The layout was ideal for a multi-generational stay. Our parents particularly appreciated the pool and hot tub. It provided them with comfortable privacy while also offering ample, inviting common areas where we could all gather for meals, games, and conversation.The kitchen was well-equipped for family cooking, and the dining area was a joy for our shared meals. We also loved massage chair, the board games provided, the easy-to-use TV for movie nights.A special thank you to the host Roberta Patalan, for being so responsive and accommodating. Roberta was helpful with early check-in which made it easy for our parents to settle in. Their clear instructions and thoughtful touches of local tips and places near the location made the logistics effortless, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying our time together.This rental provided the perfect home base for creating cherished memories. It was clean, comfortable, and truly catered to a family visit. We are so grateful and would absolutely book again for future family getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like a home.

We're sorry we brought the cold weather with us but, we put the hot tub and gameroom to good use. Everything was great. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Great kitchen. We would stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Pensacola.

Great for families! Very spacious, amazing master shower, and large pool. Very quiet neighborhood and lots of privacy.

The house was in great shape, clean with an amazing outdoor space. My son played in the Hangout league and we had family in and out. It was close to the ball fields and just a 20 minute ride to the beach depending on traffic. Roberta was super responsive and dealt with any issues and or let us know about service right away. Highly recommended rental!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy and comfortable ( the king bed was soooo comfortable) and well furnished for our needs. My grandkids had a blast and were never bored. The adults as well… we played card games and a game called “ Grab the microphone “…. the kids joined in and it was hilarious. This house is well situated for wherever you want to go. We took 1 beach day and spent the rest of the week hanging out in the pool and having fun as a family. The owner Roberta was very attentive to our needs and was very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy time with family . The game room was awesome, the pool and hot tub were the best. Thank you Roberta for sharing your beautiful house with us !!

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and have never been more relaxed. Very accommodating, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful home. We enjoyed the near by beaches but our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub! Pet friendly our birds loved it!

My husband and I stayed for a week. Very nice home with great amenities. Heated pool listed as 88* but was very cold the first 4 days. Pool guy came and said it was because the water was low and heater wasn’t working. He filled it and it got warmer so we were able to use it. It is a very nice covered pool and lanai. Host was extremely responsive to messages and quickly. We were new to this area of Florida and enjoyed ourselves. The game room would be a plus for families with children especially on a rainy day. Nice quiet neighborhood also.

The property is better than described. Clean, well stocked, comfortable and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood centrally located. Roberta, our host, made sure that everything was ready when we arrived. She is communicative & responsive; absolutely great. It was just 3 minutes on arrival that my granddaughter was in the pool. We cooked every night in the well stocked kitchen & spent great family time in the game room and around the pool. We will definitely stay again.

This place was so super cute and had everything we needed for a much needed relaxing vacation. The pool was absolutely fantastic!! Grill worked great and even played in the game room a few nights. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a great relaxing stay.

This is a beautiful property. Our family felt right at home. The pool and patio are reason enough to book. We enjoyed the game room as well. Very clean and spacious home. The host kept in close contact with - she is wonderful to deal with!

We absolutely loved our stay, the home was clean and beautiful. The host had everything you could ever need already there. My kids loved the pool. It was a bit of a drive to the beach but 100% worth it because of how beautiful the home was and we had our own private pool. We would stay here again!

Our family ranged from 3 year old to 42 and we loved this home! The pool was fabulous and house was very cozy!
