POOL....POOL.... POOL!!!! Desirable Townhome, one and a half blocks from the beach on 50th Street. First floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. First bedroom one has a queen and the second is a larger bedroom with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa (Queen) and a large TV with a gaming system for family entertainment. 2nd Floor has “The Great Room” (living, dining room and kitchen) with sliders opening out to a covered deck. There is also an ensuite bedroom featuring a King-size bed. 3

Stayed Aug 26, 2023This house was in the perfect location. 2 blocks from the beach, beautiful inside. Everything was in working order and had tons of kitchen supplies to be able to make dinners. The deck on the main floor was great for watching sunsets and eating meals. Beds were comfortable, and washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. The only issue was the owners have a dog, which we didn't know about and several of us had allergy issues while staying at the house despite medications. Not sure if the air filters were changed recently and the floors were pretty dirty when we checked in. I would still highly recommend this house.

Stayed Jun 3, 2023We had a great time at the house with no issues. It held our group of 15 perfectly and was the ideal location. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jun 19, 2021We were so pleased with this lovely home, everything was perfect as described and even better. This house was at an excellent location, walking distance to everything, short walk to beach. Pool was a bonus, especially for the grandchildren after a beach day, it was beautiful, clean and well kept. . Owner/RE agent were very responsive/available when contacted with questions and quick with solutions. Will DEFINITELY stay here again and will without a doubt recommend. Perfect for a family reunion vacation.
