Stayed Jan 23, 2026The house was in a great location, everything exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Arsen was a great host and clearly communicated what was expected. He came out same day to turn on the hot tub for us as well. I would definitely stay here again .

Stayed Mar 3, 2023Arsen was an amazing host. His communication is superb and he is a lovely, friendly guy. The house is huge, comfortable and perfect for accessing all that Vegas has to offer - that's if you can tear yourself away from all that is on offer in the back yard! We stayed for 5 weeks and would have happily stayed longer. Can't recommend highly enough ?
