Pool*Hot Tub*Tiki Bar*Pickleball Court*Dock

As my family and I were driving through AMI to get to this property, my boys were amazed at all of the houses and were blown away as they realized we stopped at this property. The house is great for families. Plenty of room for all of our kids and my parents. The pool is great and the hot tub is perfect. We were able to cook in the upgraded kitchen. The dishwasher is a little finicky…but we figured it out. If I have any complaints, the carpets could be a little nicer and access to a golf cart would have been a huge upgrade. Hosts were responsive with any questions I had and the clean up responsibilities were easily managed as compared to others I have stayed at. Definitely would go to this place again.

We loved staying in this home, it is very pretty, completely updated and felt like our home away from home. You can tell that the owners must live here sometimes because it had everything that we could possibly need. The artwork, and furniture made us feel very comfortable. Our college age children enjoyed themselves on the fishing dock, the pool and all of the amenities. There was so much to do that we only left to go to the beach, bike ride or take our golf cart to the near by shops.

With 2 adults and 5 children, we wanted a house to serve as a great home base for our week on Anna Maria. Conch Shell definitely delivered that! Highlights included the pool, pool area, the incredible chef's kitchen, master suite, and the crow's nest. The owners obviously put a lot of care into their property, it's well appointed, the beds are great, all the little things check out. Our only complaint is that there is a new home being constructed immediately nextdoor, and they started around 7am each morning. Totally understand that's a possibility when you rent a vacation house, but a head's up from the leasing company would have been nice. Otherwise, it's a fantastic family home on a wonderful little island!

This is a nice home for a large family gathering. Plenty of seating in the living areas and outdoor area. The communication between us and the property management company was easy. Things to consider: 1. Pool is cleaned on Friday. There are a lot of tree debris and bugs in the area that get in the pool daily. We had to clean it before we could use it each day. 2. The master bedroom is hot. It is located on the top floor. The AC was programmed to go off during the middle of the night. We had to call the management company to come fix it. Also the ceiling fan in the master bedroom does not stay on all night either. So you can imagine in the middle of the summer, the master bedroom is very hot. 3. We rented a golf cart to use and take us to the beach. It is a very short ride over. 4. The home has a lot of floats and beach chairs. No need to bring them with you. We asked ahead of time and were told none were supplied. 5. Having beach towels provided was a nice plus. 6. The grill did not have any propane gas in it. We did not find out until it was time to put the burgers on the grill. The management company changed it out a few days later.
