Pool/Game Luxurious Home 1187AB

The resort itself is beautiful and the kids love the community pool! The traffic getting in and out of the resort is really congested and not well managed at times - we didn’t notice this problem last year. At times it would take 10 minutes to be able to pull in or out due to the traffic being so backed up. The house was dirty upon arrival. We had to clean it immediately upon walking through the door. The pool was also dirty and left green algae film on everything (floats, bathing suits, etc). Emily did send a pool company out to clean it.The game room is not air conditioned and was unable to be used in the heat of July and it smelled very musty - our kids wouldn’t even play in there due to the smell and heat.Many items in the house were either broken, missing, incomplete. There are ants in the kitchen on the counters and ant hills outside by the pool. We’ve stayed in this area of FL each summer for 10 years and this is the first time we’ve ever left a somewhat negative review.

Nice house . Very clean

We stayed between Christmas and New Year's with our 5 kids. The variety of rooms on the 2nd level was perfect for them to have their own fun spaces! The game room kept everyone entertained. The house was very clean & beds were very comfortable! Resort amenities are a nice bonus but close at 6pm so not super convenient. Location was perfect between grandparents & Orlando activities. The host is very friendly & responsive. We really enjoyed our time here!

This property and resort was amazing and beautiful which superceded our expectations. Four generations of people traveling together from age 8 to 75 and we all had a marvelous time with plenty of space for family activities, as well as, alone time. The only addition I would suggest would be a handrail for the pool to help steady older folks when entering or exiting the pool. The resort staff was very professional and we appreciated the security of a gated resort. Emily, our host did a fabulous job and was always quick to respond to our communications. We will be back soon.

We enjoyed the house . Its well maintained and conveniently located down the block from the clubhouse .

My family had a wonderful week. Townhouse was just as it shows in the pictures. Windsor Island was a great resort.

This house was perfect for our group (9ppl). Emily was fantastic to work with, her response time to any question was pretty much immediate. House was clean when we arrived (minus the pool, but we let Emily know and she had someone out the next day to clean it). Loved that there was an extra bathroom right off the pool. There was some wear and tear to the house but it didn't bother any of us, it was clean and that's what mattered the most. The pool area at the resort was great, lazy river, pool, splash area, hot tub. The only negative was that it closed at 6 everyday and you have to be 48 to go on the waterslides. On our next vacation we will definitely be checking out Emily's other properties before any others!

The property was amazing. The home was absolutely perfect for our large family. We had our grankids with us and they would have been perfectly happy with never leaving the resort property to do anything else. Our host was quick to respond to any questions i had and was very kind.
