We always do a good bit of cooking, and it has an excellent & well appointed kitchen. The pool/spa with its view is everyone’s favorite. ESPM is very responsive when a need arises!

Bonus is the location at the far end of Vanderhorst with dedicated beachside parking which was a real plus of one of our mobility-restricted guests. Highly recommend and very responsive hosts.

We had a lot of fun and relaxed during our stay. The house was stocked with items that we needed, everything was clean. There was a bit of mold around the door that led down to the garage. But overall everything else in the house was great.

This year's stay did not disappoint. 723 Virginia Rail was just as depicted in the listing. Great location, well kept, clean, beautiful decor and kitchen was well equiped. The pool and deck area were perfect! Definitely one of the nicer rentals we've experienced. We would not hesitate to rent this home again!

The house we stayed at was as advertised and had everything we needed. Bikes were already there when we got there and the pool company came and heated the pool early the following morning. This home is located on a quiet but friendly street on the Island. Beach, Golf Courses and Bikes were all very close. We absolutely look forward to returning to Kiawah again soon.

The house had many windows that offer natural light throughout and the open floor plan made it easy to spread out and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving feast (it was a nice touch that ESPM gave us a disposable turkey roasting pan)! The bedrooms were very nice and all had ensuite bathrooms which made it nice for our sons and their guests. The half bath on the first floor is also nice so you don't need to go into someone's bedroom to use the bathroom. The hot tub and pool were great and overlooked the marsh behind the house. It was also convenient having two sets of washers and dryers. Check in and out was very easy and painless. The house was extremely clean. It is located very close to Osprey Point Golf Course and Turtle Point and The Ocean Course are very short drives away. The location was very convenient to bike ride to the beach and many restaurants and stores are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this house to anyone! ESPM was a joy to work with and always responded to our questions or requests quickly.
