Stayed May 15, 2025We stayed here with our five adult children and their significant others. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. It’s such a beautiful home, spacious, plenty to do and stocked with what you need. The pool was the best thing for us! My kids spent a lot of time in there playing volleyball, floating and laughing! They asked us if we could book this place again they loved it so much! Great hosts too. They made everything super easy and were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 15, 2025We stayed here with our five adult children and significant others for a long weekend. Highly recommend! The pool is fabulous and we spent a good amount of time in it. There was so much space to sleep, lots of bathrooms, the theater room was great, we used the pool table and the master bedroom is like having your own apartment. Everything was easy and the property managers were accommodating, nice and very helpful. Everything you need is there! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Able to fit 5 parent/child and one 4 family by using theater room as bedroom. Couch in theater room is not pull out but comfortable to sleep on. Couldn’t find air mattress but one boy slept on large bean bag. As described. Good neighborhood for walking/scooters. Evolve/host very unresponsive. Sent inquiry prior to trip that was not answered. Sent a text inquiry to contact noted while we were there also never answered. Nothing of an urgent nature though. Location near plenty of shopping. Enjoyed our stay. Able to cook all meals there. Boys loved the theater. We did not elect to heat pool.

Stayed Jan 11, 2024The house was in a nice location, very clean, and the whole process to check in was easy. The home had everything we needed. We paid an extra $400 for the pool to be heated for three nights, but the water was still too cold for the teenagers to want to use it. I personally wouldn’t bother paying the fee, unless the temperature was set higher.

Stayed Dec 24, 2022This was a great house for our family to gather for Christmas. We traveled from CA and TX to meet in the middle. There was plenty of space for 8 adults and 8 teens/young adults. The amenities at the house were perfect for our group. We also drove to Sedona for a day trip and overall had an amazing time in AZ!

Stayed Dec 16, 2022This rental was amazing! We celebrated Christmas and our anniversary with our children and their families. Everything was very clean and the property manager was quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We didn’t realize one of the bedroom suites was off the theatre room and it was initially difficult to locate. We all loved the pool, the putting green and the outdoor amenities. We would highly recommend and we will rent this house again!!
