The property was nice. I expected a little more based on pictures and listing. The owner is very communicative and helpful with any questions needed. Ground crew is top notch, shows up quickly when something needed fixing. Minor complaints, nothing worth noting that I can think of. Overall, pleasant experience.

The house had a few rough edges, but it made the stay more comfortable. I felt comfortable being ourselves, playing, and cooking during our busy and active weekend. Being so close to trails was a treat!

Check and check out perfect. Kitchen supplies- new stainless steel pans are needed along with a better sponge for cleaning. In your check out list for visitors please include “run the disposal with soap and water before you leave.” We were greeted with a pungent smell upon arrival because someone didn’t do that.

Great location...away from the chaos and very quiet neighborhood! Clearly, some repairs had taken place, but they hadn't finished them prior to our visit, and the deck was pretty worn, so a little surprised by that. Otherwise, we loved the place. We were there during a hot spell, so no air conditioning was not fun during the afternoons, but nighttime with all the fans pulling the cool air in was good. Much cooler in the bedrooms and game room on the lower floor. Very responsive & accommodating rental company!! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in an excellent location of South Lake Tahoe. Stayed with mine and my sisters family so there were a lot of kids in the age range of 2-17. They all had fun in the game room and enjoyed sledding out back. Despite a few cons, we would come back and stay again in the future!Cons: short on towels and linens. We barely had one towel per person and there were no extras nor were there any extra linens. Upstairs fireplace was not useable. Garage too small for SUVs.

This House was absolutely amazing for our group of 8. The accuracy of the listing was spot on. Had sleeping accommodations for everyone. We used the grill a few times even though Tahoe experienced a Snow Storm for the days we were there. The Game Room was used each and every night. Would love to stay here again! The management company was very helpful from start to finish. They arranged snow plowing the driveway each morning and had overall excellent communication. Even got to know the neighbors next door and across the street.

Location, House, and Cleanliness - 5 stars. The house is beautiful. Property Manager Mike was also really nice, let us check in slightly early. 5 stars for service and responsiveness. Some very slight inconveniences - 1. The kitchen is missing some basic cooking equipment. There was a good selection of appliances (blender, crock pot, rice cooker) but there was nothing else to cook in other than a huge soup pot. A very nice 5 burner stovetop, but not even a basic pan or sauce pot to cook an egg in. 2. Mini fridge downstairs didn't work.

Had a very relaxing time in Tahoe. Felt like property could use a few updates. Would have preferred a locking door that leads into the garage. Plenty of space for my family of 6 to spread out. Enjoyed the pool table and games. Overall, was a good experience staying at this property.

Cleanliness is very important to me, and this property was very clean. Check-in was easy with the door code sent to me the previous day. The house is very comfortable, and has nice surroundings and a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's an easy drive into town or to the various destinations. My kids (and I) enjoyed the arcade machine and table games, which was a big attraction for this property. I would definitely stay here again.

place was accurate to the pictures. TVs in the bedrooms would have been nice. luggage rack or dressers would be nice in the bedrooms. everything else was great.
