Stayed Sep 10, 2025We just stayed at this home for 5 nights. This property was superb. Coming from all different areas we were able to be together as a family. The home is spacious inside and out. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful with all the amenities needed. The outdoors was absolutely wonderful. We were able to play pickleball each day and basketball. We used the pool and jacuzzi each day. The kids played in the game room and outside on the grass area. The kitchen had everything we needed both inside and outside by BBQ. We used the washer and dryer as well. Each day we received a text from property management for any needs or questions we had. If you are thinking about renting this home definitely do it. It made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

Stayed Mar 4, 2024We enjoyed the home very much. We are a group of men who play tennis and other sports, and the pickleball court, ping pong table, corn hole game, and game room were used extensively. The grounds are like being at a resort and worked perfectly for us. I highly recommend this home!

Stayed Dec 16, 2023My family, my parents, my sister and her family (10 adults including four late teenagers) all met in Palm Springs just prior to the holidays. This was the perfect property for us. The house was spacious, including the Casita, and was perfect for a larger group like ours. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and TV's. The outdoor space was a major factor in choosing this property. The grill, firepit, and patio were wonderful, and although we did not use the pool - it did look nice, the spa was always well heated, and the pickleball court was a major highlight for us. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located. The management company was always available and responsive. This is a great property and I would 100% stay there again if I return to the area.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023The property was perfect for our family and our plans. The property description was very accurate. I do recommend that you add into the description that the cost to heat the pool is $200/day. Also, recommend cleaning the tile floors between visits. Close to zoo and tramway which were really fun experiences.

Stayed May 1, 2023Excellent property, awsum kitchen pool area, we will re rent if available for next visit. The only issue was we did not have the name of the gated complex so it took a bit to find the place.. simple fix just add the name of the gated community

Stayed Apr 27, 2023We had the best time! Everything was great with the house. The only issue was all the AC vents were closed so the house was warm when we got there. But the house is perfect for bigger groups and we really enjoyed our time there!

Stayed May 5, 2023What a beautiful place. So many bedrooms and room for everyone to hang out. Great condition and nicely updated. However, while the place is amazing the fee's did add up very quickly. I loved the HUGE living room that allowed us to all hang out. The patio was outstanding and the Casita has some pretty cool options. The only thing is because of the fees it didnt make sense for a 2night stay but if you staying for several days the fees would be easier to digest. Great place!
