Stayed Mar 9, 2024The property was fabulous! The primary suite is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms so it gave a nice sense of privacy in a full house. We'd stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was everything my family needed for a relaxing getaway. Home was well stocked and had many amenities. Conveniently located in quiet neighborhood. Rikki the house manager was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Enjoyed the pool area and house. The home was beautifully done with decoration inside and outside, outdoor games, the furniture and bathroom showers. They thought of everything needed to use at the home. This home was perfect for my family and I. I would definitely use this home again in my future visits to Lake Havasu.

Stayed May 25, 2023The house was perfect and the yard amazing! My 12 year old son loved the life size chest table and arcade area and the adults liked the corn hole and hot tub. The property manager was available when we didn’t know how to turn on the hot tub and continued to check on us. We will be back to this property!!!!

Stayed Apr 21, 2023The floor plan was spacious and open. It was exactly as described. Great for families and children. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and your basic needs (ie dish soap, sponge, napkins and paper towels) I loved that they even had a laundry room with some detergent to use. This was a plus since we had 2 little ones running around, who had more food on their clothing vs in their mouths. The backyard was great for having fun and relaxing. The pool was a little chilly but the spa was perfection. The location was convenient as it was just a few minutes away from the lake and Smiths supermarket. The owners even added little extras like beach towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This house has it all. The only thing that wasn't the greatest was the wifi but other than that 10 out of 10! I would definitely stay here again.
