Pool, Lake Views, Boat Parking, Fire Pit & Outdoor Kitchen!

This house was perfect for the holidays and was well equipped with everything we needed.

Great stay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. House had everything--wish it was mine! Three days was too short. We highly recommend this property.

Stayed 4 nights in late July. Traveled with 2 families of 4 (4 kids ages 14, 13, 11, and 11) The house was as advertised (amazing) with all sorts of amenities to enhance your stay. Communication with Property Mgr./Owner was exactly what you would ask as it was extremely timely and contained all details/info requested. Having the industrial ice maker was also an amazing perk and definitely came in handy getting ready to spend the entire day on the lake. Garage parking for 2 large SUV's (Tahoe's) also a plus for those hot summer days. The backyard pool/spa and bar area were fantastic with an unexpected bonus including a kegerator containing a keg of IPA (my personal favorite when choosing type of beer). We liked our stay so much we tried to extend but unfortunately the property was already rented out to others. I am sure we will be back to this house next summer. The one area of recommendation I would have for the Owner is to somehow cover the skylight in the kids/bunk room as it was a little bright in the mornings.

Fantastic home with amazing amenities. Awesome backyard pool with BBQ and fully loaded ice cold beer on tap. Beautiful primary bathroom with a wonderful shower. The commercial ice machine came in clutch filling multiple ice chests daily with ease!

Very clean in every detail. Almost every accommodation is available. Living room and kitchen layout offer great family interaction space. Very sizeable master bedroom with phenomenal master bathroom. The backyard was a great retreat after a day on the lake. The owners permit use of the oversized garages at certain times during the year. The driveway is wide and long for trucks and trailers. Great location, 10 min drive to Windsor launch ramp. This home will be our go-to for family trips to Havasu.

This home was a perfect spot for our friends and family! Clean, comfortable, and the perfect backyard to relax in and wind down from a long hot day on the lake. Communication with Brooke was seamless and quick. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about this house. The outdoor entertainment flowed perfectly and had everything we love. Everytime we came back to the house we were excited to be here. We definitely would stay here again. We were a party of 6. Three generations.

We had a great time at the home. Everything we went to was just 10 min away. Great hiking trails near by and when we wanted to just stick around the house, there was still plenty to do. Perfect place for family.

First time visiting Lake Havasu. This property was perfect for my family. Communication with Brooke was outstanding. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The outdoor bbq and bar area was a great space to hang out.

The property and pool was amazing!! Good location as well! Any questions I had, Mrs. Armando was quick to reply and help in anyway she could. The house was clean and spacious for my family and I. If we decide to come back in the future we will most definitely book with the Arnado’s again! 10/10!!

This VRBO was absolutely amazing, this house has it all. It has all the amenities for families (kids and adults), and the pool is stunning, as well as all the other backyard features. The house was immaculate and the layout was great. I highly recommend this VRBO and will probably rent it again in the future.

Just back from a week in Havasu with our boat. Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) really enjoyed the home. Easy check-in, beautifully appointed, great backyard amenities. We highly recommend this home.
