Pool house Close to the strip 3bedroom pool bungalow

The rental was really cozy. Beautiful decorations that just fit the house. We weren’t able to use the pool because it rained 2 out of 3 days. But we are already planning a return trip in the fall. Overall a very excellent time. Thank you! Pictures on Orbitz were exactly the same as the house

Great location

We really enjoyed being able to be close to the strip to attend a conference with just a short drive to a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city for some down time. Communicating with the owner was very easy and he was very responsive. Please note the home is very cute, quant, vibrant and comfortable, not perfect. I say this as a rental property owner to keep it real for your expectations. If you are looking for spotless, like brand new, & high-end - totally cool - this property just isn't for you. We loved having it feel like a lived in home.

Host was great on communication when I didn’t receive an access code to enter before hand. He was quick and polite. Location felt safe and loved having access to an attached garage. The house and pool were clean and didn’t have one issue at all. We will definitely book again!

Fantastic home with easy access in quiet area.

The property was great for my needs. I wasn't in Las Vegas for fun, but for a necessary surgery, so I just needed a quiet, clean and comfortable recovery place for a week near the surgery facility. This home fit the bill. It was very clean and had comfortable furniture and bed (the two most important aspects for me). The neighborhood wasn't especially quiet if you were outside, due to location traffic and a few barking dogs, but it was fine inside the house and quiet at night. The giant showerhead in the master bathroom delivered super water pressure which I sure appreciated (the little things matter:). The owner, Donald, after learning the reason for my stay, was the kindest, most caring guy, offering to bring by anything I might need while he was in town, and also leaving me his trusted maintenance person's number and told me to call in case of any medical issues I might have had. He also, allowed/offered me to extend my stay by a day or two (which I gladly took him up on, as I found that I could not safely drive home on my original check-out day as I had planned). If I ever need accommodations in Vegas again, I will definitely stay here.

Very first thing the owner was Great to work with. His crew that cleaned the house were very nice and helpful with local suggestions. The house is located in a nice area not far from the Strip and access to the highway system is close so getting around town was easy. We very much enjoyed our time at the house and Vegas bowled played golf and limited the amount lost at the casinos. Thanks Tom

From checkin to resolving problems, connecting to Host was difficult with either no to long response times. Kitchen was in adequately stocked (only 2 spoons & cups, one pot with lid are examples) dirty (used falling apart sponge & no new ones, cup with remains of coffee, pot lined with dried on food etc.) dog hair covering rug below table, rug with chain jewelry, used bandaid, & bobbie pin in Bd Rm. Bathroom sink missing plunger so open drain with hair & dirt surrounding it, towel rack coming off the wall. After several visit, kitchen items were purchased, drain cover not a plunger installed, towel rack attached, & other repairs of non functioning thing’s occurred. Host first stated that it was hard to believe kitchen was missing essentials & bathroom was in poor condition so thought we should leave with him giving us a full refund. But to find another place to meet our needs would be very unlikely so we stayed & met with handyman numerous times to resolve the problems. The state of the home seems to suggest that it needs to be better maintained.

Don's place was great for our group of rock climbers. There were plenty of kitchen supplies available, ample towels, and comfy beds and seating. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Lots of great restaurants nearby, too! We had a great trip and would stay here again.
