Pool House - 3-bdrm, 2 bath, Heated Pool, Walk to Asu

Everything about this property is great! Furnishings and decor are very nice. Any amenities you could think of are supplied. The house is so much more comfortable than staying in any hotel. It is a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and ASU. Very nice pool in the backyard. Host is very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pool House! It was really hot while we were there so we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, the pool toys and the outside TVs. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the hosts were kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Shirley was great. She would check in periodically to make sure all was going good. The backyard and pool were awesome. This was the selling point of making our decision to stay here. Although the weather was on the cooler side, we still made the most of it. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend anyone to stay here

Amazing stay, the Pool House was very cozy. Very central and just blocks away from a Starbucks. The heated pool was delightful along with the patio chairs and outside, plenty of outside lounging space. Inside the house was nice, plenty of pots and pans. Amazing stay, Shirley was a fantastic host.

The house was spotless, well equipped. Plenty of pots,pans, utensils and spices.The host, Shirley, was great! She went over and above!All and all it was a great stay.

The heated pool, outside tvs and plenty of lounge chairs make this the best house in Tempe. The house is well appointed with everything you'll need to grill, lounge and relax. Close proximity to great dining options and the ASU campus ensure plenty of things to do as well.

Nice and clean house with heated pool. I have never stayed in a VRBO that had so many towels, pool floats, bikes etc. that you could use. They have thought of everything. Owners were also so organized and easy to get a hold of. If we return to AZ we will stay here again!

The Pool House is fantastic! Excellent location, within walking distance to ASU and a ton of restaurants. The home is very clean and has all the amenities! The hosts are responsive, kind and helpful. We've stayed here at least four times and we'll be back, for sure!

We were down just after Christmas for HS basketball tournament. This place was just as described and owners very responsive and way over top to welcome us. Little gift on counter as we arrived. Even heated the pool for us before we got there. Bedrooms were nice, everything clean. No fan in the master bathroom but not only issue there is a small window. The mattresses same firm but it's the memory foam and were so great. We did not use the third bedroom which is a Murphy bag but it was clean looked good. Pool has deep end which is nice. Outdoor area is really cool with the little bar table and two TVs, and they have cable hooked up to each one. I personally travel for work a lot and bring my own Roku so I have my own settings and I was able to use that on one of the TVs that didn't get the channels we wanted. But for the Christmas break and all the bowl games and basketball and movies it was great to sit outside. Also so nice that just to 0.6 mi walk to Mill avenue and restaurants and everything else. Definitely going to look into this place again March 2025

We love this house and the hosts! We've stayed here several times over the last 4 yer while our daughter attended ASU. It's super close to campus and has everything you would ever need from spices to bikes to coolers. Being from the PNW we always enjoy the heated pool.

Well maintained, updated and stocked property. Very clean home, good location about 10 minutes from airport. Heated clean pool was our main attraction for 10 yo granddaughter. Plenty of pool toys/lounges/beach towels. Patio and pool well maintained, lots of seating. Communication initiated by host prior to arrival was very helpful.

We felt right at home! The host is easily accessible and responsive. The home has everything we needed and more, pool is amazing and was our sons favorite part Our trip to the Grand Canyon was smooth because the home was equipped with handy items. We now have a reason to come back to to Phoenix!! Thank you Shirley!!

Great stay at the pool house. We were there for a college visit. It is only 5 minutes from the ASU campus. This is one of the most well stocked house I have ever stayed in. The pool is a lot of fun. We will definitely be back
