Pool, Hot Tub, Free 4 Splash Park Tix, love Dogs

This was a perfect location for us since we have family in the immediate area and it’s also close to the beach! This house had everything we needed and the hosts were communicative and thought of every detail. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay! I reviewed comments from other stays which helped. The small step up n down was initially cumbersome but it only caught me off guard once. The king bed was hard but my tall teenager loved having the big bed for a change! Loved the pool table n kitchen was great n complimentary coffee as well! Jennifer was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Pool was very nice as well! Loved neighborhood restaurants Latin Bowl n some steakhouse Jim’s maybe and we visited a few of the beaches and had a great time!

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was beautiful! I honestly picked this location for the pool table and private pool area. We brought friends with four little ones, so there was fun for the bigs with the pool table and littles with the private pool and hot tub. The layout of the home was multi versatile and everyone had room to gather for birthday cake or lounge and spread out. The home was clean and the host was the sweetest. You can tell that they have put a lot of effort into making it accommodating for families. We had a wonderful time!

Communication with host was great…. But upon arrival we had to clean the home. There was Mac and cheese on the ground at the pool. The pool has very cloudy water and poor flow from the jets. There was splattered black spots on the walls that look like they had not been cleaned in a long time. The inside of the dishwasher and washing machine both smelled awful and were very dirty inside. Half the jets in the hot tub worked. And the covered porch at the pool is falling in. Half the lights don’t work and the dog area was terrible, electrical cords and objects for the dog to walk over. The beds and pillows were great. Nice floors. A heads up when the pool guy was coming would have been nice.

Loved the house, lots of space, great little pool to relax in, short drive to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Easy area to go for a morning jog with nearby parks and sidewalks everywhere. Owner texted to see if we were ok during a big storm and let me know where a lantern was if we needed it, and said he’d contact the power company if we lost power (luckily we didn’t). Very happy with where we stayed and will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area!

Everything thing was as described. Had very close access to many beaches. Would book again.

We were very happy with this house

We really enjoyed this property. Lots of space, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Kids played pool about every day. The screened in outdoor space was especially nice. We ate out there several times and enjoyed the swimming pool. We always enjoy a good hot tub and this one is a good size and very relaxing. We were mainly there to hit the beach so the chairs, cart and umbrella were such a nice bonus. Also, the neighborhood was so quiet. The step down to the living room as mentioned in other reviews does take a bit to get used to, so just be aware of that, but that's really the only con to this amazing place.

We loved the layout of the home, pool and hot tub and lots of patio seating for lounging both with shade and with sun. Was perfect for us. Very clean too! High chair, pack n play and ocean/beach gear was helpful for us.

Great everything. Great location. Great house. Clean home and surrounding area. Pool and hot tub were a gift. Pool and beach needs covered. Kitchen well stocked and great laundry room. Absolutely no issues with this place and we would definitely rent again. Pool is not heated but we are used to Lake Superior, so it was warm enough for us....could see it being not so useful in cooler months. The only thing missing was my husband's lazy boy!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood . Home was clean and is conveniently located near the beaches . Had a wonderful stay listing is very accurate. One improvement would be to have an option to have the pool heated.

Very clean great location

Great location. House had lots to offer. Only recommendation I would make is to offer an option for heated pool. The days were warm in the sun by chilly in the evening. There is a hot tub which is a nice option but we did not use it. Kitchen was very nice had lots of amenities. Including a ninja blender! It’s an older home but was very nice.

Stayed here before our sons wedding and did some surf fishing and family time

Had everything we needed for a great weekend!

The stay was good. We had a great time, the house had all the accommodations needed. The king bed was a little hard but the kids enjoyed their rooms. Overall happy with our stay!
