Stayed Feb 15, 2024Definitely NOT a premier house Cons- The pool/hot tub heat were not working for the majority of our stay The pool/hot tub filter didn’t work for the entirety of our stay The dryer didn’t work for the entirety of the stay The house was not stocked the way it should be- lack of pots and pans (1 frying pan), lack of pool towels, lack of shower towels- there were NO oven mitts! House was not vacuumed (the vacuum doesn’t work) The pool table was falling apart Pros- the house is huge The beds were comfortable Property Management responded quickly to my emails and texts and did give us a reimbursement (after some serious negotiations on my part)
