What a great experience!! The house was perfect!! The host was great and helpful

The house is very practical/functional. The beds are comfortable and it had (almost) everything we needed. The pool was clean. We were very comfortable there and its in a great location to stores and some rest . I would give it 5 stars but the house needs some attention and there were a few things that need repair. Its great value and i would stay there again.

Everything exactly as described had an amazing stay host was very communicative would stay again.

Perfect for our family and trip! Will definitely be booking again next time we are in town!

Great house, great pool!!!

Enjoyed the pool. Lights at night around pool added a special touch as well as the changing colors of the water. (My wife enjoys ambiance!) Comfortable house set-up and great, safe neighborhood to walk our dog. Kitchen has all you need to cook with. (Good condition pots and pans...thank you for that) No problems and owner checked in with us to make sure all was well.

This was a perfect spot for our family visit. The home had everything we needed. It was easy to access the major roads into Tampa. The mattresses are soft but supportive, very comfortable. The layout of the house allows for everyone to spread out a little bit, but also enough space to gather around a table to play games. We really don’t use the pool but it looked nice.

Everything was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, house in great shape, great beds, great pool. Awesome back yard for our dog. Not a single complaint.

The house was wonderful, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and with the nice patio furniture spent most days outside. Would definitely recommend!

We were able to access the property only a few days after Hurricane Milton hit. We stayed fro 70 days, as my wife recovered from a BMT. The house had everything we needed.

This is a nice property and the owner went above and beyond. The sofa was broken and within 24 hours she had a new sofa in place. She was so helpful with locations of events for us. The property was clean and comfortable. There was 6 adults. The patio area was or favorite place to hang out.

Tammy was SO accommodating and wonderful! Her home had wonderful amenities and was very clean and homey. Would definitely stay again!

This property was in a great location. In a quiet culdesac with an in ground pool and a nice covered patio. It had all the amenities you could ever want. Tammy was the best host i ever dealt with. She helped us with places to see as well as dinning suggestions and stores near us. I could have not asked for a better host. Tammy was simply amazing as was the property. I had a fantastic time ?. The best house we have stayed! Very accommodating and comfortable. Met all our needs from a grassy area for our little dog to swimming for the kids. Host even gave us great directions for a great beach location and shopping. It was an excellent vacation! Thank you very much!

Tammy was an amazing hostess and made sure everything was just right. The home itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a week stay. We are in most meals to save money and we had plenty of cookware. The screened in pool made it easy to go outside without having to fight the bugs. The location was an easy drive to all of our City Pass activities. The home was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

Needed a local rental while I was having work done on my home and this house was exactly as it is advertised. Host was available for questions and responded very quick. I had a dog with me on my stay and the yard was a good size and closed in.

Our stay was excellent. Home was clean and perfect for the four of us and a few family members who stopped by for a visit. Pool was clean and well kept. Quick responses to communication before and during the trip. Didn’t want for any basic kitchen utensils and cookware. Well stocked.

It was very nice to spend our vacation in this house. We immediately felt at home. The neighborhood was also very nice and the ride to Clearwater Beach was also wonderful. Like the previous times, it was a great pleasure to communicate with Tammy and we are already looking forward to the next time when we will spend our vacation in one of her houses.

The property was very clean and organized, and Tammy was eager to help out with anything we might need, such as giving recommendations on what to do or making sure that everything was okay.
