Pool Home in Fort Meyers

The property was beautiful inside and so spacious! It was nicely decorated and provided us with the space we needed for 5 adults and our dogs. The Christmas trees and decorations were left up for us since the host knew we were celebrating a January Christmas. It's a quiet area with a canal and trees behind so lots of privacy as we never really saw the neighbors.The neighborhood is not walkable to any restaurants so it is a driving vacation if you want to go to the beaches, parks, restaurants, etc. The pool was great although chilly when not heated and we had some issues with that. Thankfully the host remedied that issue. We had a great time and would like to return some day!

Came to see friends & a birthday party. Nice house with decent privacy and view. Great and timely communications with host. Definitely recommend and will look to stay again.

We had an excellent stay. The host were great communicators. Had a few things missing that were supposed to be included (paper towels, laundry pods, ect) and the host had it there that evening. Had issues with the thermostat which was fixed immediately. The host even followed up the next day. The only issue we had with our stay was that there were packages being delivered to the house while we were there. Leaving them outside seemed rude but it made us uncomfortable also to bring them in as it made us feel as if we were accepting responsibility for them.

This is one of the best rentals my family has stayed in. The communication was great, the stay was very clean and had all of the items we needed for our stay! Plenty of space for 5 adults and a young teen, plenty of plates and silverware and cooking items, and even used the washer/dryer! The cleaning asks were fair and not overboard like most rentals. We would definitely stay here again and recommend!!

Well maintained property. Very comfortable for families. New appliances and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and furniture. Clean grill and grill tools much appreciated! Pool enclosure and lanai and furniture very comfortable and clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Owners went out of their way to make sure to make we felt welcome and accommodated. Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this house because of the location to I-75 and a wedding we were attending. The house description on VRBO is very accurate and it fit our needs perfectly.
