Stayed Jul 10, 2024We all enjoyed the house and the pool but the house needs a little more attention, a fan was hanging from the cables and was very dangerous, the sliding door was very difficult to open, one of the couch was broken and the cleaning was very poor but despite that the house was comfortable

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was good. However, the couch in the living room was broken and had a sharp piece sticking out of the back of the couch and the master bathroom shower would not drain properly. The pool was nice, and being able to use the grill was perfect for when we cooked dinner. the overall condition of the house was good. The host responded quickly to any inquires we had. The location of the property is ideal for anyone who wants to be close to the London bridge and the surrounding area. Any amenity you could need was provided.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The house is beautiful. Lots of space for all our guests and beds were very comfortable. Neighbors don’t seem to like having a VRBO next door as they’re constantly watching us and complained of noise at 11:30pm with only 4 people in the pool. It would’ve been really nice if the AC was set lower than 80 degrees in July when we arrived. We had to wait several hours for it to cool down. The back bedroom by the sunroom was very hot the whole stay. Parking with 2 boats was very challenging. The driveway is very steep and not much room

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We recently stayed at the house on Typhoon Ln in Lake Havasu, Arizona, for five days, and it was a very nice experience. This rental offered everything we needed and more for a perfect family getaway. The house boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a separate casita attached to the garage, which was ideal for those wanting a bit more privacy. The amenities were outstanding, featuring a refreshing pool, a grill, a cozy fire pit, and even a large ice maker that came in handy for our boating trips. The washer and dryer were convenient for keeping our clothes fresh, and the large kitchen with a central island made meal preparations a breeze. Our adult children joined us from out of town, and we enjoyed days of boating on the nearby Lake Havasu and evenings filled with large dinner feasts. The spacious driveway accommodated our two trucks towing boats, with room left for additional cars if needed. Do note that the driveway has a steep incline, so plan accordingly. Inside, the rooms were nicely appointed, providing plenty of space for our group. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the home cool and comfortable during the hot days. The location was fantastic, with a Smith's Grocery store nearby and only about a 10-minute drive to the boat launch at Lake Havasu State Park. Overall, we recommend this rental for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and well-equipped home in Lake Havasu. Our stay was memorable, and we look forward to returning.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This 5 bedroom house was perfect for my buddies bachelor weekend. We spent time by the pool bbqing most nights. One of the rooms off the main part of the house was perfect and acted as a separate master bedroom. I highly recommend.
